The bed was comfortable and the staff was polite

Cons:

For the price we paid I would have expected more I know we went during a busy period but the pictures that was advertised on the website for the room we chose, compared to the room we actually got, it was so small that we couldn’t even open both our suitcases at the same time, on our description it said we would have a microwave and a fan to which we had neither, the shower was basically a mounted pressure washer, the room was extremely hot too, the hotel could do with some modernisation, the free breakfast too was very poor just some toast and cereal. If you’re on a budget then this place is probably a go to but I wouldn’t stay here here for a week if you want to me comfortable.

Wir haben uns auf Grund der vielen guten Bewertungen für das Hotel entschieden!
Und das es ein Frühstück mit anbietet!
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein!
Das 5er Zimmer bietet keine Ablage für das Gebäck bzw. könnte man die Koffer nicht ausräumen da es nur einen kleinen Kasten gibt!
Badezimmer sauber aber null Ablage möglichkeit!
Wir hatten viele Koffer da wir eine 3 Wöchige Rundreise machten!
Das Frühstück war die Krönung!
Toastbrot mit Butter Marmelade oder Cornflakes!
Auf den Bildern ist ein schöner heller Raum Mit Jogurt und Donut - wir Frühstückenden im finsteren Keller gemeinsam mit dem Personal!

Bei der Abreise war der Aufzug defekt wir fragten ob uns wer helfen könnte die Koffer aus dem 6 Stock zu holen - 1 Koffer hat der Portier getragen dann war es selbst KO!

Also Preis Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht!
Statt Hotel wäre es für mich eher ein Motel!

Ottima posizione centrale e camera confortevole. Il bagno era ben fornito di prodotti per la cura della persona e di salviette.

Cons:

Colazione piuttosto povera e poco varia. La stanza colazioni era piccola e abbiamo trovato alcuni moscerini all’interno. Inoltre, sui mobili era presente della polvere, segno di una pulizia non particolarmente accurata.

Dysfunctional booking system! Horrible and stressful check-in. Shitty hotel!

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The room was tiny. There was no common space to just relax, unroll a yoga mat and chill out, or even to sit down somewhere outside of the room. The front desk person was ignorant, rude, and did a horrible job with our check-in! He told us that they had upgraded our room and put us in a HORRIBLE ROOM. “I said no, I don’t want this!” He refused to refund me, and instead put me in the original room (the one I had actually booked) but, this was after he checked in some other people before he finished my check-in. Waste of time and money. Would not go back!
