Great value family apartment in a good area.
Pros:

Good size rooms, and lounge. Well appointed kitchen. Full
Laundry facilities. Bbq and pool were nice. Didn’t use tennis court, but it looked good. Overall a great set up, and near enough to town without the noise and crowds.

Cons:

Very high curb to parking spot, bathtub and shower combined (potentially not ok for elderly or disabled)

Fabulous! Would stay there again.

Great value for money, beautiful location and view from bedroom, access to everything we needed for our stay

Paradise at this property
Pros:

Everything was good.

Location, neighbour, best beds, very comfy

Loved the rainforest feels at the back door and the various bird life

Cons:

It didn't really bother us too much as we did love the place but the kitchen sink is blocked, the toaster requires replacing as it doesn't pop it could be a hazard, it continues to cook (attempted the toaster a few times) and whoever put the dishes away they were put away wet.

Last minute booking turned into a great overnight stay in Port Douglas.
Pros:

Great location that felt safe with easy access to local amenities. Large living area, spotlessly clean, 2brm apartment on ground floor with own parking spot worked well for two friends travelling together.

Good pricing, good location close to town and good facilities
Pros:

The unit was Self-contained, so we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to - cooked breakfast on-site. The pricing was quite reasonable for the facilities. The location was 5 mins from the centre of town and there was little to no noise at night at the site.

Cons:

An air conditioner in the bedroom would have been ideal, but as there was only my wife and myself, we left the main bedroom door open so the lounge aircon could cool the room. mid-summer may be more of a challenge.

Quite location, and away from the mainstream tourist surge. Good value for this property.
Pros:

Close to the beach (5 minute walk). Apartment was comfortable with all necessities (other than shampoo n conditioner).

Cons:

Be prepared to bring your own shampoo & conditioner, which is not a big deal. The property is a double story building, which again is not a big deal, but be prepared for the stairs. Have to climb in to a bath to use the shower; so again not a big deal for some, but maybe a deal breaker for others. The spa in the pool hadn’t worked for many years, but the pool & BBW area is otherwise good to use.

Parking Issues
Cons:

The parking situation wasn't ideal. We parked our extra car infront of our car which was in our designated car space. The caretaker's asked us to move the car, we did. When we returned another person parked where we had our extra car. This car blocked us out of our designated car space. The car which blocked our spot was never moved. This was very irritating. Ideally they need to put bollards in the areas where they dont want cars to park.
