Pros:

The apartment is in a very good location, right in the heart of palma old town. Lots of vibrant bars and restaurants just a stones throw away without the noise pollution.

Die Lage war top. Es mitten in der Stadt trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Bett war gut

Cons:

In der Beschreibung stand mit Patio, war aber nicht vorhanden, das ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Küche war nicht sehr sauber und vieles funktionierte nicht richtig. Licht über dem Herd, Kaffeemaschine hat geleckt, Toilettenbürste war ekelhaft, Waschmaschine war vorhanden aber keine Trockenmöglichkeit. Trockner defekt und den Wäscheständer konnte man nur im Zimmer aufstellen da das Patio fehlte.
Im Bad war die Halterung von der Dusche defekt.

Great property. We would stay again
Pros:

This property was perfectly located, right in the heart of the La Llonja area. It is well equipped with everything you could need, and the wi fi was good. Communication regarding access was easy and Katya was waiting for us to show us in.

Naja, die Lage ist gut aber ich würde nicht mehr buchen.

Location was excellent and easy to find on arrival. Clean, comfortable and quiet with all the amenities you will require. Host met us on arrival and was very friendly, helpful and gave us lots of recommendations to visit around the local area.

Superb Apartment in a fabulous location but still quiet
Pros:

Location was fantastic Restaurants on your doorstep -shopping and the cathedral a 5 minute walk . Air conditioning was very good .

Cons:

The bed was a little awkward to get in and out specially in the middle of the night if you needed the toilet .

Il faut absolument prévenir les futurs clients, que l'appartement est au 1er étage
L'escalier est très raide et difficile à monter avec une valise
Donc, a proscrire pour les personnes d'un âge certain et ou handicapées
