prachtig pand kamer, heerlijk restaurant op een super locatie
Pros:

prachtige kamer en prachtig pand. Heerlijk restaurant Parkeergarage pal bij.

Cons:

dat kamers in een week niet standaard een keer worden verschoond. Onder mom van ‘milieu’ terwijl iedereen weet dat een hotelier dit voornamelijk uit kostenbesparing doet.

Fijn hotel maar geluidsoverlast is groot
Pros:

Het is een heel sfeervol hotel en de kamers zitten goed in elkaar en zijn ook erg fijn. Het personeel is ook heel erg vriendelijk! Het zit op een top locatie aan de markt met een leuk plein.

Cons:

Wij hadden een rustige kamer gevraagd en hoewel we aan de voorkant sliepen was de geluidslast enorm. We denken dat dit uit een bar / kroeg kwam die om de hoek zat maar echt tot diep in de nacht (na 01.30 nog) hebben we echt harde muziek horen doordreunen helaas. Zelfs door m’n oordoppen heen dus we hebben amper geslapen terwijl we voor het eerst een nachtje weg waren zonder baby om bij te slapen. We waren er van vrijdag op zaterdag. Ik had dit verre van verwacht en zeker omdat ik er vooraf naar had gevraagd, baalde ik. We hebben toch €140 euro betaald voor dit nachtje. Ook bij check-out werd me niets gevraagd.

We stayed here while travelling through but what a find! Wish we could have stayed longer

Cons:

I loved everything about the property but I will stop using booking.com and book directly from now on. Their service is terrible. It’s impossible to get a live person on the phone. Their website keeps getting hacked and I get spam as a result. Book directly instead!

De uitstraling van het hotel en de kamer. Heel mooi, heel schoon en rustig

Ietwat teleurgesteld. Had veel beter gekund.

Locatie en inpandig café restaurant.

Cons:

Klantenservice; bij aankomst aangegeven dat er rioleringslucht in de kamer hing. In plaats van begrip te tonen en evt. alternatief te bieden ging receptionist Tom met luchtverfrisser de kamer inspuiten. Lag volgens hem aan het hout in de kamer. Met een antwoord sorry maar er zijn geen kamers beschikbaar’ was voor ons afdoende geweest maar in dit geval ging hij in de ontkenningsfase. In de kamers ontbraken ook tissues en de föhn werkte niet.

Pros:

Ruime kamer, prima bed en douche. Allemaal goed onderhouden en schoon.

Cons:

Erg veel geluidsoverlast van de straat en aanliggende horecagelegenheden. Daarnaast gehorig pand met mensen die de gehele nacht in en uit hun kamer gaan.
