I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

I like that it’s close to the airport

Cons:

The bed sheets were not that clean, the bed itself was not that comfortable.the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it was 30 degrees Celsius in the room we couldn’t sleep.

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte pour déposer une plainte concernant mon séjour. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé.

J’avais réservé une chambre avec air climatisé, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait 31 °C dans la chambre, et j’ai une photo pour le prouver.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai prévenu la réception et j’ai demandé plusieurs fois à changer de chambre. On m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait rien de disponible. Le problème n’a pas été réglé et personne n’a pu remettre la climatisation en marche.

J’ai donc passé la nuit dans une chambre beaucoup trop chaude. Je me suis réveillée vers 4 h du matin, trempée de sueur, et je n’ai presque pas dormi.

Le lendemain, je suis retournée à la réception pour redire ce qui s’était passé. J’ai demandé à parler à un responsable pour obtenir un remboursement ou au moins une compensation, mais ma demande a été refusée. On m’a seulement dit de voir directement avec Booking.

Après 1 h 45 d’attente et de discussion avec le réceptionniste, j’ai finalement pu changer de chambre. Cela montre qu’une solution était possible, même si on m’avait dit le contraire la veille.

Je considère donc que le service ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais réservé et payé. Je demande un remboursement ou une compensation pour cette nuit passée dans des conditions inacceptables.

Je peux fournir des preuves, notamment la photo montrant les 31 °C dans la chambre.

Merci de prendre ma demande en compte.

Very nice staff, very clean place, highly recommended
Pros:

The reception was exceptional, we arrived early and we end up getting our rooms before check-in time and we did not having to pay early check-in fees we were greeted with a Moroccan tea or waiting for the Rooms
The overall experience was amazing
And I will be coming back in a few days on my way back to Casablanca
The staff was very friendly
Really enjoyed the stay in the hospitality

Upon arrival at almost 1:00 am, the guest was taken to a series of rooms with no functioning air-conditioning. This would have been bad in most cases, but monumentally so in the Casablanca summer. She was taken to a series of rooms, before finally arriving at a fourth space with moderately-functional AC at almost 4am.

A beautiful and relaxing experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Relax Airport Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after from the moment you check in.
I thank Mariame and Ayoub for they personal messages and making sure we are upgrading to a better room.
The rooms are comfortable the facilities are great.
the hotel is incredibly convenient.
Perfect place to rest before a flight.
Highly recommend!

Idéal pour être à proximité de l’aéroport
Pros:

Idéalement placé pour l’aéroport, la navette est gratuite, il y en a toute les demi heure si ma mémoire est bonne. La chambre est confortable, calme, propre. Et l’accueil très agréable.

Pour une nuit bien sauf l’enregistrement

A l’enregistrement le personnel tenait absolument à avoir raison sur ma réservation qui manquait une information et ce malgré le fait que je lui ait clairement mentionné que je m’excusais d’avoir fait une erreur.

The staff and the hotel exceed all of my expectations!!!
Pros:

Aymen was so amazing! He is so considerate and kind and goes above and beyond for all the guests I would highly recommend everyone to stay here and he was so helpful I was visiting from California and he was always willing to help with anything I needed. Also Abdel who also works there was so kind and co considerate and I witnessed him helping so many other guests I really love the staff and this hotel. I have traveled alot in the past few years and stayed at many hotels but have never experienced this level of care and hospitality I highly recommend this hotel and when you come please ask for either Aymen or Abdel they will make you feel like family!!!

Nothing! Everything was so amazing the location the price the staff the rooms the food the pool all of the amenities were top of the line.
