Not so bad
Pros:

There is a free parking on site over the night. It looks quite around. It's very basic and simple, but it's fine for one night. The lady was kind which is good. You can decide from the video if it's good enough for you: https://youtu.be/nA_uWaZbc28

Cons:

There are people who live in the living room and someone slept on the sofa in the morning so it's difficult to use it even when they said that I can use the living room and the kitchen. It's not so bad for that price, but definitely it's possible some renovation to be more comfortable and pleaser for the people.

Mistake booking this place
Cons:

Bathroom was horrible screen looked like it had never been cleaned. Bath was dirty and hair on side of bath. Mould round taps and tiles. Bedroom was good but very cold and not even a blanket to cover me. Other guests were noisy till 1pm in the bathroom. Road noise was also bad.
