Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del puerto y de la zona más céntrica.
El alojamiento es cómodo y la habitación es adecuada con el precio.
Relación calidad-precio muy buena

Cons:

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento la habitación que nos habían dado no estaba recogida ni limpia, contactamos con el servicio de atención al cliente y nos dieran una rápida respuesta.
La puerta de la entrada a veces fallaba para entrar al alojamiento

Great location, service, and cleanliness. Beds could be bigger and more comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the space and cleanliness of this place. Much bigger than other places in Japan. Everything was very clean and the check in service was simple and easy. Also loved the new towels that were brought each day.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was the bed themselves. I know it is personal preference, but they were a bit small and uncomfortable.

La stanza è grande anche se i letti occupano troppo spazio.
Lo spazio comune è grande e pulito, con cucina a disposizione.

Cons:

La totale assenza dello staff, e totale assenza di riferimenti e indicazioni utili. Non essendo un luogo molto frequentato da turisti internazionali, non è semplice organizzare le varie escursioni, tipo visita delle isole vicine, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayak, e altro. Il supporto dell'host sarebbe importante in questi casi. Potrebbero almeno lasciare delle brochure con dei contatti telefonici e invece neanche quello.

近所で殺人事件があったり、台風で予定短縮したりでドラマが多かった。
Pros:

とにかく立地！
流石は元ラブホだけあって繁華街が近く、私のようなハードリピーターにはこの上なく便利！
島の仲間達との交流にはピッタリの施設です。

ファミマ、農連市場、十八番街、港、美崎町全てへのアクセスが最高です。

Cons:

・滞在が1泊でも10泊でも清掃が有料で、シーツ交換も一切無し。　有料で清掃して貰えるのだが、清掃道具の貸出しセルフ交換対応など少し工夫して欲しい。
・宿泊客に不良外国人が少なくない。　部屋で酔って大声で叫んだり、何やら大声でやり合ったり以前は無かった状況。
・近所のコインランドリー治安がイマイチだ。　洗濯機も乾燥機も空いているののわざわざ他人の洗濯物を出したり酷い目に遭った。
・ホテル出入り口、部屋のドアとも建て付けが悪くしっかりとロックが掛からない。　一度外出から帰ったら部屋の鍵が開いててビックリした。
