Pros:

El hotel era bonito, con muy buena ubicación. El personal fue super amable.

Cons:

No tenia opción de estacionamiento, ni convenio con algun estacionamiento. En el Jacuzzi no funcionaba el hidromasaje no tenia opcion de agua caliente. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los pasillos y afuera del cuarto

As cute and clean as the photos with nice staff
Pros:

Charming little hotel, very quiet and amazing staff. Super close to everything and surrounded by some of the nicests cafe and resturtants. We stayed at the rooftop suit and had the balcony to ourselves. Super clean, toiletries and robes were high quality and a super nice touch! Thank You. We were working from the hotel during the day.

Cons:

the sitting area to work is rather small, not possible for two people to work together. But there is library nearby and multiple cafes.

It was sooo nice. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in Oaxaca.
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of Oaxaca! It is walking distance to the andador. Taco del Carmen is a quick 4 min walk down the street. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They heard one of us was sick and they were super attentive and asked if we wanted to see a doctor and that they would help with that. The room was always clean and refreshed. The noise level is quiet. We went during the Guelaguetza time and it was the perfect spot to get picked up from and dropped off.

Cons:

The staff were so kind and helpful. The beds are soooo comfortable. Slept like a baby the 4 nights we were there. The room came with a small sink, microwave and fridge. Perfect if you want to keep snacks.

Really lovely, unique place in Oaxaca!
Pros:

The staff was incredible, very helpful. And the pool was lovely! Location was excellent as well!

Cons:

It was nice to open the window of the room to the pool area but it means that there wasn’t much privacy when the window was open logically. However this is perfectly reflected in the room pictures so we were expecting it. A mini fridge would have also been nice

Pros:

Beautiful place and staff went went of their way to accommodate my needs, including finding me an extra spot to take an exam just in case the wifi dropped (it didn’t, wifi was great in the room too)

Buena ubicacacio pero demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen (todo por la zona es caro)

Pros:

Hotel pequeño y bien ubicado, a 2 min andando del centro. Habitación amplia y bonita, con cama grande. 3 zonas distintas para relajarte-tomar el sol. Personal atento y agradable, habitación limpia, vienen cada dia a limpiar y hacer cama.

Cons:

Cuentan con una piscina pero el agua sale muy fría ya que no le da el sol a penas.

Stuff was really responsive and helpful to make our experience positive and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

It might be a general Oaxaca issue but sometimes it can be quite noisy as the hotel is next to a road. Also, there are no real windows in some of the rooms. While you can open the shutters to get some fresh air in the entrance floor, it is not possible to leave them open for privacy/safety reasons as there is no window.

Perfect for relaxing to start your day, and then reflect upon it at the end.
Pros:

The decks had wonderful views of the city, and since the hotel is small we were often alone, basking in the morning sun. A great way to start a day. Also it was quiet, but everywhere you wanted to go was walkable.
