Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Nur die Ausstattung lässt Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Als kleine Verbesserung hätte ich mir bei der Ankunft eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschinen gewünscht. Außerdem fand ich den Preis für eine alleinreisende Person etwas hoch.

The shower was nice and big, the fridge was nice.

Cons:

It was very unhygenic, there was a full ashtray on the balcony, a big pile of (old!) bird shit on the balcony, everything was dusty, the dishes were full of dirty dishwasher residue (i.e. we had to clean them before usage), one coffee pad was missing. At the first day it was super hot in the bathroom, the radiator was off but there was heating coming from behind the mirror that we could not switch off. I sent a message about this that remained unanswered (only recieved a generic message about hot weather a couple of days later that did not adress my message at all). The next days it was cooled down, luckily.

J ai aimé surtout le prix

Cons:

Je n' ai pas apprécié de ne pas mentionner le montant de la caution et le prix de location au même temps,et pas d' exiger après paiement du prix de location et de rembourser la caution après deux mois.En plus,il n y a aucune possibilité d envoyer des photos à Yuma pour prouver de l inexistence des dégâts

Pros:

El departamento es exactamente lo que promete pero dejo una ADVERTENCIA: si les dicen que su pago no ha sido confirmado y les insisten en que den otra tarjeta NO lo hagan! Me cobraron doble en distintas tarjetas y jamás me dieron una devolución por el cobro extra. Ni se hicieron cargo del problema.
