The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly, even though we got there very late and left early in the morning. One man even met us where the cab dropped us off and drove us to the door. Then, we were welcomed with drinks and smiles. We didn’t have any Liras, so the desk attendant changed our currency for us. We were only in Istanbul overnight, so we were able to walk from the hotel around the historic district to see the sights before we got a few hours of sleep and left for the airport. It was a perfect location for us.

Cons:

We enjoyed seeing the Hagia Sofia right outside our window, but there was a lot of light coming through our windows. Other than that, the room was wonderful!

O hotel fica dentro do sítio arqueológico que tem muita história da humanidade.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, localização excelente, fica perto de vários pontos de visita, por exemplo perto da AYA SOPHIA, da MESQUITA AZUL, DA CISTERNA DA BASILICA, do PALÁCIO; atendimento muito bom, prestativos, restaurante muito bom.

Cons:

Na rua em que fica o Hotel, não pode passar veículo o que quando se chega fica-se um pouco perdido, mas o Hotel possui um carrinho de transporte que se o hotel for comunicado ele vai te buscar no local permitido para outros carros.

Excellent choice if you want to stay as close to the Aghia Sophia as possible!
Pros:

The staff is kind, helpful, and go above and beyond what is normally expected in a small hotel. They allowed me to change my room to a room with a view and also to keep my luggage in the lobby while I was out doing touristic things. One thing to note: the hotel is hard to get to via car, and so the hotel offers a golf cart to transport you to and from a more accessible meeting point. Do not hesitate to get in touch with them so that they can meet you with this cart, otherwise you will be carrying your luggage up a big hill to get there!

Cons:

The hair dryer was a bit slow and old and the soap/shampoo provided not great.

Excellent Service
Pros:

1. Excellent staff, and service! They were all very friendly and helpful.
2. Location is great as it’s very close to the top tourist spots.

Cons:

1. Breakfast could be better
2. Hotel is not accessible by cars, have to get prior arrangement by hotel for connection with golf carts

Excellent location in the heart of the old town and couldn't ask for better staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and although there was a issue with the first room, they moved me straight away.

Pros:

Da localização e do restaurante interno.

Cons:

Não é possível chegar com veículo até a porta do hotel. Foi necessário arrastar bagagem sobre irregular de pedras, por aproximadamente 400 metros, para chegar ao hotel. Para quem tem problemas na coluna isso é péssimo. Serviços sugeridos por funcionários do hotel custavam acima da média.

Pros:

Lovely breakfast and location. Welcoming and lovely staff and we really appreciated their friendliness and help.

Cons:

Its not a dislike - but more restaurant recommendations would be nice. Upscale and where locals would eat; especially for those of us who are adventurous and will go.

Sehr schönes Design. Sehr zentraler Ort. Taxi kann trotz der zentralen Lage bis an die Tür fahren. Bei mir war das mindestens so. Ich bin wegen der Flugverspätung einen Tag später angekommen. Das Hotel hat mich am Tag der gebuchten Ankunft kontaktiert und gefragt, ob bei mir alles o.k. ist. Es gab einen Willkommensdrink. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Service.

Cons:

eine Kleinigkeit: Im WC-Zimmer fehlte leider die Klobürste.
