Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es gab einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, professionell und freundlich. Besonders Amal an der Rezeption hat mit einem professionellen Auftritt geglänzt. Ich kann es empfehlen

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Der Personal, insbesondere mit Frau Amal. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem haben wir ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

I am still awaiting a refund of €501

The day staff were great helpful & attentive

Cons:

The evening staff were not helpful with the problem I went to them with ,I wanted to know why I was charged €501 as a deposit on the day we arrived when my original deposit had already been paid at the some of £149 I was told I would just have to wait for a refund without any interest in my problem this was extremely unsatisfactory & a poor reflection of the company.
