Cons:

Would not wish this hotel on my worst enemies. Absolutely pathetic staff who think everything is a joke.

It seems the property deletes negative reviews.

The lift was not working during checkin and we had to carry all our bags to the third floor. There was no bellhop to help us.
Firstly, we were given a room which smelt of vomit and the toilet was not flushed. On complaining, we were shifted to a room on the 4th floor. We had to carry our bags up another floor. The reception boy said he would get the key but did not appear for 15 minutes after which we had to walk back down to the reception. We were told that the key to the room was lost and we would have to shift again.
We were then given a room on the 6th floor.(we had to carry our bags up the stairs again and were offered no help - as we were two ladies)
The AC was not working in this new room and we spotted cockroaches. We escalated this matter to the property manager and were finally given a suitable room.

Around 1am, the staff (consisting of 4 boys) started talking loudly outside our room. Soon, they started throwing belts, toilet paper, and even chairs at each other which kept hitting our door. On confronting them, they ran and hid behind the reception. One of the boys apologised but once we closed the room door, they began mocking us and laughing. We had to escalate this matter to booking.com after which the noise finally stopped.

Finally, on the last day, we were waiting in the lobby (3rd floor) around 3:30pm (our cab was to arrive at 4pm) when a lady rudely told us to leave the lobby and wait on the 4th floor. We decided to leave and the staff were blankly staring at us carrying our luggage down the stairs.

The lift was out of order the entire stay and we had to carry our baggage up and down the stairs on our own without any help.

Please avoid this hotel as the staff are not trained and do not take guest safety seriously. There are multiple better hotels for much cheaper in the vicinity.

Really bad experience. Needs urgent renovation.
Pros:

Pls renovate, Leaking shower without the handle, Flush not working. No tea coffee available, not food available. NOT EVEN DRINKING WATER was provided

WiFi not working, No TV channels, just TV without dish connection, no hot water facility in bathroom, no manpower for service, even no water bottle in hotel, AC fully water leakage on bed and on my head, very pathetic experience
