It was good overall
Pros:

I was happy with the stay but the next day checking out we had to carry two fifty lb suitcases down the four flights of stsirs and my husband had a heart surgery as couple of yrs back and they laughed at the fact that the elevator was out no one offered to help I guess that the difference in an upscale hotel and a cheaper one .

Cons:

Offering to help with the luggage after the elevator died and no one cared
