Great location right next to the airport for an overnight or day stay
Pros:

The location next to the airport is perfect, you can walk there if you needed to. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's the only place on the island that I know of where you can buy alcohol. Despite an official check-in time at noon or later they were able to get us in by 8:30 AM. We just needed a room for a shower, change of clothes, and short nap before heading to the airport

Cons:

It's definitely a bit pricey. We just needed a room for part of the day to change and hang out and after all the fees and taxes it was close to $300

The pool

Cons:

Music going on until 1.15am while we had to get up at 6 for a flight! Phoned reception no answer, walked down to reception @12.43 he said I'll phone the bar and guess what they wouldn't answer! Save your money and go somewhere else

Convenient, comfy transfer hotel, would use again
Pros:

Excellent service, meet and great friendly and informative, airport drop off very courteous escorting us to correct check-in point , nice breakfast selection, would stay again.

When reception is unfriendly and room is bad the whole vacation mood goes for a toss.
Pros:

1. Restaurant staff was extremely helpful. we met helena there. options for vegetarians were limited. but she arranged scrumptious meals for us, both at breakfast and dinner.
2. airport shuttle service was perfect.

Cons:

1. reception was awful. we waited for 2 hours at reception during check in as they said we wont provide the GST receipt. They said that if we have booked through booking.com we wont give you receipt. we have been booking through booking.com since past 10 years and have never faced this problem.
2. We had opted for a sea facing room. got a small room with no view. our plan showed a bathtub. but nothing was there in the room. shower was very small, shower panel was not working, it was an ordinary shower.
