La posizione comoda per visitare tante attrazioni, un po meno per uscire la sera! Vicino alla fermata del tram per i collegamenti

Cons:

Il fatto che all’arrivo non avevamo nemmeno un asciugamano né un lenzuolo sul letto;
Colazione non all’altezza, pochissima scelta, nemmeno presente lo yogurt con della frutta! Da rivedere

Gute zentrale Lage, passt gut für kurze Aufenthalte

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Es gibt mehrere gute Lokale gleich in der Nähe, das Essen war sehr lecker.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert im Zimmer super und rettet einen nach der Hitze in der Stadt.
Die Straßenbahn ist 5 Min entfernt, sehr praktisch zum fahren.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war ziemlich alt und die Wände sind abgenutzt. Allgemein sind die Zimmer im Hotel renovierungsbedürftig; die Handtücher sind auch nicht so weiß wie sie einmal waren, alt und abgenutzt.

Pros:

Location is good near the blue mosque however the steep hills were not good for our family group as we had a wheelchair and a pushchair

The facilities at the hotel the drainage doess not work my shower tray was like swimming pool after a shower so next person could not shower,and we had 3 rooms same issue,we had stuff stolen from our room,which the management totally denied,and was told the cctv does not work,the safe in my room was not working,however personal items went missing,the entrance has a ramp however its not functional for disabled people and wheelchairs even though hotel is described as disabled friendly,when queried and disputed this with staff was told you should have phoned us to check,but i book through booking.com always, never have to ring as i expect to recieve the facilities described
