A centrally located old-town hotel with friendly staff, but tricky access and worse-looking than in the photos.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the old part of Istanbul, which gives it a very authentic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Access to the hotel can be complicated, especially when arriving with luggage. While taxis are able to reach the property (we were picked up there at night), it can be difficult for drivers coming from the airport to stop directly nearby due to traffic, narrow streets, and limited space for turning around. The room was also quite small, and the hotel looks noticeably better in the photos than in reality.
