Great location and large rooms and really friendly staff!
Pros:

Rooms were nice and large and loved that our roomed backed onto the pool which made it easy to cool off without having to leave our room, the staff were so lovely and friendly!

Cons:

Only issue is the rooster farm next door but after the first couple of days you barely noticed it.

Pros:

I love everything about this hotel. This is my 4th stay here and it is wow factor every time. The room is stunning.and bed ultra comfortable. Gorgeous relaxing pool. Perfect location close to all the fun of Seminyak. Will definitely stay again

Convenient location, great breakfast and great staff!!
Pros:

The breakfast included had really good options. Super close to the Main Street of Seminyak with restaurants and shopping. The staff were very accommodating when I messed up my dates and needed an extra night!

Cons:

The noise from the waterfall in the pool was going all night so kept me awake at times.

Everything was awesome except the roosters.

Cons:

The rooster farm next door. All day and night the roosters carried on.

On departure they tried to stitch us up for a damaged curtain. Not pleased about that.

Nice and pleasant, what we expected. Nice that they give refillable jugs for drinking water toa bring to you room!

Really nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Not about the property but it’s located at a very busy road so it’s a bit tricky to walk to/from the hotel. But this is not the hotels fault off course!

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the location was excellent and convenient.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a clothes drying rack, preferably for outdoor use. We had some wet clothes during our stay and ended up using the outdoor chairs to dry them. A drying rack would make the experience even more comfortable for guests.
