Pros:

We found the staff, breakfast, our room with balcony, FREE parking right in front of the hotel, distance to Altstadt all excellent. We had a great stay

Immer wieder ein netter Aufenthalt wenn ich kurz in Villach bin.
Pros:

Personal immer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Die Lage ist, abgesehen vom 99% zubetonierten Bahnhofsplatz, sehr gut da die Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar ist.
Alles ist immer sehr sauber und trotz Busbahnhof vor dem Hotel leise.
Gut und einfach zu erreichen/finden.

Cons:

Die Aufhänge und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten von nasser Kleidung bei Schlechtwetter, sind im Bad begrenzt. Trockenraum meines Wissens nicht vorhanden.
Die Verdunkelung mittels der vorhandenen Vorhänge gelingt nur marginal.

Prima verblijf voor enkele nacht, vooral voor treinreizigers en bezoek aan de stad.
Pros:

Hotel was direct tegenover het treinstation en dichtbij het centrum. Eigen parkeerplaatsen. Schoon. Billa supermarkt als buren. Prima verblijf voor enkele nachten. Ontbijt goed, maar niet alles even vers.

Cons:

minibar deed het niet, airco pas na 1 juni, ventilatie in badkamer deed het niet. Maar na onze meldingen is alles opgepakt en gerepareerd en konden we zelfs al gebruik maken van de airco. Aangezien er een raam open moet voor wat frisse lucht, kwam er wel veel lawaai binnen van het stationsplein. Als er geen ruimte is op parkeerplaats, dan kan je de auto in de parkeergarage zetten voor € 15 per nacht.

Ein schöner Zwischenstopp in Villach
Pros:

War sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, da wir den Hund zum Frühstück mitgenommen haben aber im Restaurant keine Hunde erlaubt,hat man uns freundlicherweise im Bereich davor einen Tisch eingedeckt.

Cons:

Ein Doppelbett wäre gut gewesen, aber sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location opposite the station. The room was spacious and we very much liked the bathroom. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was vey good.

Was a 9/10 until advised I couldn't have air-conditioning
Pros:

Location for a stopover. Room size was great
Clean.

Cons:

Was advised the air-conditioning is not available ( after I rang down to reception to ask for it )
On checkout the manager on Duty ( well she indicated she was in charge asked me why I sent a complaint to booking.com and why didn't I contact her. I told her I did contact reception and was advised it was not on YET and not available ( how am I to know who the manager is )
I DID try to resolve it at the hotel directly first
