هدوئ الفندق ومستوى الأمن والآمان
السعر مرتفع وبعض المرافق غير مفعله و تحتاج صيانه مثل الجم مهمل كذلك نظافة المناشف دون المستوى وفيها رائحه غير مقبوله كذلك السجاد يحتاج غسيل كذاك آمانة احد عاملات النظافه غير مقبوله ووجود حشرات في المطعم وازعاج مساءا من مستخدمي المسبح من طلبة مدارس تعليم السباحه

موقعه لقربه من المطار وحسن تعامل وتعاون الموظفين
وجود حشرات طائره صغيره في المطعم تقع على الطعام كذبك محدودية أصناف الطعام وعدم التنوع كذلك احد عاملات النظافه تجرأت واخذت احد الأغراض الشخصية التي تم تركها في الغرفة
