بصراحة ده أكتر فندق عنصري اتعاملت معاه. اتصلت عشان أحجز غرفة، وأول حاجة سألوني عنها كانت جنسيتي. ولما عرفوا إني مصري قالوا فجأة إن مفيش أي غرف فاضية! دي أول مرة في حياتي أشوف فندق بيسأل عن الجنسية قبل الحجز، والأغرب إن الرد اتغير بمجرد ما عرفوا جنسيتي. تجربة سيئة جدًا ومحبطة

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing near to what a traveller or tourist needs! Though English is a wee bit issue when it comes to communication but it's not a big problem at all translation app all the way! ahaha to PATRON/BOSS! I thank you for taking care of me of my 6 days of staying at your hotel! For the unlimited Çay that you offer to me everyday! My heart is full and I enjoyed my solo travel in Istanbul! Teşekkürler!!! 10\10

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y cálido, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La ubicación es perfecta, alejada de las zonas extremadamente turísticas pero muy cerca de todo. El hotel es lo suficientemente cómodo para el precio que ofrecen.

Pros:

Понравилась дружелюбная атмосфера и отзывчивый персонал который там находился. Номер был вполне приятный все удобства были. В общем этот отель и номер подойдёт для тех кто любит домашнюю и гостеприимную атмосферу с минимальным сервисом.
Отель находится недалеко от метро, в довольно спокойной локации с очень большим выбором разных магазинов, ресторанов, с разными ценовыми диапазонами, сам район не сильно элитный, и если вы будете идти пешком к отелю, особенно ночью, то можете окунуться в атмосферу невылизанного Стамбул.
Еще очень запомнились приятный молодой человек с Узбекистана который отличался своей отзывчивостью и дружелюбностью.

В общем вполне приятный и бюджетный отель.

В моем номере плохо работал кондиционер и горячая вода была с минимальным напором

EVITATE QUESTA STRUTTURA! Escrementi di uccello in stanza e sporcizia generale.
Ho prenotato dal 11/05/2026 al 16/05/2026. La mia camera singola era composta da due ambienti, una con letto e bagno, divisa da una porta da una seconda stanza, ricavata da un precedente balcone, adesso chiuso con tanto di infissi, pavimento, tappeto, tavolo e sedie. Dopo aver trascorso la notte li, il giorno dopo mi accorgo che la seconda stanza era piena di escrementi di uccello, e che è presente un buco nel tetto. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, inizialmente mi è stato detto che erano i resti di un incendio. Successivamente che avrei dovuto tenere la porta chiusa tra le due stanze (punto da cui prendeva aria la stanza con il letto), trattandosi di un balcone (seppur avesse muri e finestre). Quando ho chiesto di avere una stanza in cambio, me ne è stata proposta una di livello inferiore, dove nel bagno la doccia era sprovvista di box, così che avrei allagato tutto il bagno per lavarmi. Alla richiesta di ulteriori spiegazioni, mi è stato detto o questo o quello. Ho quindi prenotato un altra struttura e sono andato via. Prima di andar via il proprietario ci ha tenuto a dirmi che forse non mi piaceva la zona (non vero, in quanto ho prenotato un' altra struttura li vicino). Infine, ha pure cancellato la prenotazione su booking come se io non mi fossi presentato, (ho invece dormito una notte li), rendendo (al momento) impossibile scrivere una recensione su booking. Infine la stanza è piccola, come aspettato, ma anch'essa molto sporca. Il proprietario non parla inglese. State attenti in ogni caso ad Istanbul, perché tanti posti hanno recensioni false.

Edit. Dopo settimane booking ha sbloccato la possibilità di recensire la struttura. Ne la struttura ne booking han fatto rimborso, nonostante le evidenze.

It was okay, I would prefer trying something else if I revisit.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and responsive, property was okay, nothing bad but not worth for the price

Cons:

slightly overpriced, I would suggest new tourist to book something in Eminonu instead, the space was very congusted, small room, small bathroom, no windows.
