Perfect spot in LP. Thrilled we stayed here!!!
Pros:

Absolutely spotless, the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our whole trip in Laos. The hotel is extremely peaceful and relaxing, and the staff is so kind and hospitable. They have excellent customer service. They also have delicious breakfast, with a bunch of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and if I ever return, this is 1000% where I will stay again! Phenomenal!

Cons:

Maybe just need more mirrors/hangers in the room, but really not a big deal.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Pat (hotel manager) helped me out big time with a late pickup/chase up of a local guide. He didn’t have do that, but it was much appreciated!

Cons:

Old word charm and fantastic breakfasts!!!!

Pros:

One of the best beds in my travels. Very clean. Quiet location. Walking distance to attractions, small convenience stores and laundry facilities. Very welcoming operator and staff. Delicious and satisfying breakfast.

Cons:

Neighbor's 2 dogs would bark at me when I pass.

Pros:

設備がとてもきれいでスタッフの方がとても優しかったです。場所も中心部までまぁまぁ歩ける距離なので、よかったです。

隣の家の犬がたまに吠えていて怖かった。

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was quite small, towels need replacing and look grubby before you use them.
The Airton unit didn't seem to change much no matter what you set it on.
Couldn't get apps on the telly, it said it needed updating.

Wunderbares Hotel mit Charme und tollen Menschen
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit Style! Wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon - wunderschön, großzügig, auch das Bad, den Balkon haben wir dann gar nicht genutzt. Himmlische Betten. Gutes Frühstück im Garten. Das Personal ist hervorragend!

Pros:

Le personnel était super gentils !! Le réceptionniste nous a bien aidé pour tout. Le reste du personnel étaient aussi très sympa.
La chambre est très jolie, on s’y sent très bien.

Cons:

Les linges de la salle de bains étaient pas très propres mais sinon tout était parfait.

A lovely stay that truly felt like home.
Pros:

Really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful vacation in Luang Prabang. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Andy was very professional in hosting and Leo was really thoughtful towards the guests. I also have to mention that the hotel’s design and decoration are really amazing. This tranquil place gave me lots of inspiration for my travel writing. By the way, there is a cat with four newborn babies — they were just adopted! Such a lovely place. I will definitely come back again soon.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
