Pros:

The room was excellent, featuring a private onsen which made the stay even more special. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, allowing for a very restful sleep.

Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and you could really feel the attention to detail in the preparation and presentation. The view of the garden from the dining area was charming and added to the overall experience.

The service from the staff was outstanding—attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. The snacks and green tea provided in the room were also of very good quality and tasted great.

Cons:

The only downside was the incense in the lobby. The smoke was quite strong, which caused some discomfort, including headaches and eye irritation.
