All guest rooms, suites, villas and outlets (both indoor and outdoor) are nonsmoking. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so in their private balconies/terraces and in designated outdoor smoking areas. There is a EUR 200 recovery fee for guests who do not comply.

Card deposit payments are considered valid only when both card and card holder are present at check-in and the card details can be verified with holder’s ID/passport details presented at check in.
In any other case, the hotel will refund the payment to the original card and a new payment will be requested so as card and holder to be present and can be verified by ID/passport details.

Paradise in Crete, Greece!!!
Pros:

Location, ambience!! Beautiful property and my room had the best views.

Cons:

The late night room service menu could be a little better. We checked in late in the evening and there weren’t too many options and we were starving.

Great trip all round with the great staff facilitating great excursions
Pros:

Great location with incredible views and very friendly and great staff

Cons:

They have a private beach but it’s pebble/rocks and not white sand

Pros:

We were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite with private pool on arrival without even asking. The staff were lovely and very accommodating to our baby. The beach is amazing and the buggy shuttle down very efficient. Good food too.

Cons:

Its a shame you cant see the sea from the pool area because the trees have all grown tall. Minor point!

Amazing place to go for a holiday!
Pros:

Amazing view, fantastic service with attention to detail, the breakfast is great, really wonderful all around. We even got some champagne, cake and desserts to celebrate our upcoming wedding and my fiancées birthday! Also the movie room was so much fun, we made good use of it :)

Cons:

One minor inconvenience was that we didn’t have a full length mirror in the room.
