Aucun contact avec le personnel. En cas de problème lors du check-in, personne n’est disponible pour nous aider.

Pendant trois jours : aucun nettoyage de la chambre, aucune aération et aucun changement de serviettes.

Le lit était très inconfortable, avec des lattes cassées au milieu.

Une expérience vraiment décevante. Bref, à fuir !

A éviter sauf si vous avez vraiment un budget serré
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien (entre la gare et le centre), la taille de la chambre pour une personne seule et largement suffisante. La literie est OK. Le prix défie toute concurrence.

Cons:

La salle de bain était dans un état scandaleux : évier et sol non nettoyé, avec un sceau d'eau sale et un linge de toilette par terre. Pourtant il y avait bien des linges de toilette propres et le lit avait été fait. Comme il n'y a personne à l'accueil, impossible de demander le nettoyage ou de changer de chambre. Pas de réponse par tél. ni mail.
Dans la douche, il n'y a qu'un robinet pour ouvrir l'eau, pas de possibilité d'ajuster la température. Donc le soir c'était à peu près chaud mais le matin c'était entre tiède et froid.
Le self checking fonctionne bien mais ce n'est franchement pas agréable d'arriver dans un hôtel fantôme.
J'avais fréquenté plusieurs fois cet hôtel auparavant et c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé à nouveau sans tenir compte de sa faible note, mais je n'y retournerai plus !

Nur für Schlafen ok. das Zentrum ist nahe. Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden.

Cons:

Self Checking ist halt Self Checking. Insbesondere weil die Karte für das Zimmer nicht ging. Habe dann eine andere genommen und das hat geklappt.

Don't stay at this property, you will not be happy or well rested.
Pros:

The shower was larger than most European hotel showers I have seen. The bathroom was updated and in very good condition.

Cons:

There were no cups/glasses in the room for drinking. There was no staff on site to report problems or issues to. The television did not work, all I got was an error message saying the antenna was disconnected. I double checked all the connections I could find and nothing worked. There was no air conditioning and it was bloody stinking hot. I opened the window for air, but due to the busy street outside, all I heard all night long was trucks, motorcycles and drunk people yelling up and down the street. The mattress was old and uncomfortable.
