Das elektronische Check- in und Check-out war einfach und problemlos möglich, es war alles sauber und vorhanden

Cons:

Die Hauptstrasse direkt neben dem Hotel ist bis spät in die Nacht laut, in der Sommerzeit hört man bei offenem Fenster darum noch lange den Verkehr

franchement déçu par ce nouveau mode d'accueil
Cons:

Aucun acceuil physique, juste un écran, pas de possibilité d'avoir un petit dejeuner.
lavabo qui ne s'ecoule pas très bien.
prise 220 ne permettent pas de brancher mes prises standards, pour le recharge mon tel.
pour ma part , j'eviterai , maintenent ,tout les hotels qui mettent en place cet accueil impersonnel et sans présence physique

La taille de la chambre et l'emplacement facile d'accès du centre ou de la gare. Le prix.

Cons:

Le bruit du boulevard et l'absence de climatisation. Ouvrir les fenêtres le soir pour rafraichir expose donc aux bruits de la rue et des moteurs tunés...Le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois dans tout le séjour.

etwa 8 Meter unterhalb des Fensters sind Klimaanlagengeräte, die regelmässig surren, dann aber abschalten und nach einigen Minuten wieder starten: der Startvorgang ist bei offenem Fenster gut hörbar, zumindest für leichte Schläfer

Vor einem halben Jahr noch deutlich besser.

Die Lage, grosse Räume

Cons:

- Minibar war noch dreckig und voll vom Vorgänger. Wurde dann auf Nachfrage gereinigt als sie doch Personal gefunden habe.
- Spiegel im Zimmer war dreckig. Wir baten um Reinigung. Trotz Zusage wurde das nicht umgesetzt.
- Das Reinugungspersonal antwortet nicht auf Fragen, ist undfreundlich.
- Mobiliar ist teilweise sichtlich kaputt.
- Duft eher müffelig
