Wunderschönen Ort das Neuenburg!

Leider kein Angebot für ein Frühstück!!

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat nicht optimal funktioniert! Musste Hilfe anfordern!
Fenster schmutzig und konnte nicht offen lassen immer zu gegangen!
Teppich im Zimmer!!! Nicht sehr hygienisch

Pros:

Chambre très grande, avec le 3e lit dans une pièce séparée

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à vélo. Ne sachant pas où les mettre, et personne n'étant présent sur place, nous avons appelé le numéro affiché. Réponse en anglais (alors que nous sommes en Suisse Romande) : il n'y a aucune solution proposée pour nos vélos. Nous les laissons donc dans le hall d'entrée, à un endroit où selon nous ils ne gênent personne. Au moment du départ, une personne de l'hôtel est présenté et nous informe qu'en fait les vélos ne sont pas autorisés et auraient dû être parqués à la gare.
Pour le reste, hotel vieillissant (peinture qui se décolle, parquet qui lève carrelage taché), propreté en apparence ok, tant que l'on ne regarde pas pas dans les coins... et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télé, ce qui peut vite devenir un problème avec un ado....
Le prix étant plus que raisonnable pour la Suisse et l'emplacement, pour une nuit de passage ça reste ok

Cons:

The room was extremely hot with no AC. I specifically booked a better room as previously this room had a fan but this time it was missing. Had to open all windows the entire night and could barely sleep due to the noise from the main road. It would be great to at least invest in a small fan for such hot days; otherwise the room was great as usual.

Très mauvaise expérience un hôtel situé à Neuchâtel le personnel incapable de vous renseigner en français

Le confort sonore très mauvais nous avons eu une chambre placée au dessus du système de climatisation de l hôtel impossible d aérer trop bruyant et il faisait 38 degré
Nous n’avons passé finalement qu’une nuit et étions obligés de changer notre plan degré voyage pour éviter de tomber malade.

Ok, pour nuit de passage.
Pros:

Pratique, Au centre ville. Self Check in et out rapide. Pas vu de personnel sur place.

Cons:

Pas de Climatisation, ni ventilateur, et ouverture d une seule fenêtre possible. Trop chaud en période de canicule. Chambre très petite/ par rapport au prix.
