A lovely hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to!!! Exceptionally kind staff, amazing hotel interior and exterior, perfect location, underground garage… Daily free drinks in the mini bar, rooms cleaned perfectly!! Plenty of towels (including pool towels)… We loved EVERYTHING!

Quiet, relaxing, just what we needed
Pros:

Nice and intimate not too big, friendly staff nothing is too much trouble, parking available which is a godsend for Soller. Very close to main square and nice restaurants

Pros:

Great location. Staff were fantastic, especially reception team!! Real stand out service. Slept really well, limited to no noise from outside the room. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are beautiful. Great location

Cons:

We had food in the day and it wasn’t that great and expensive for what it was - very basic. We were given a ground floor assessable room so the toilet was really high and we couldn’t open our curtains due to it facing the street on ground level. Also no full length mirror. Had to go inside to order when by the pool which meant getting redressed even for a drink.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, well-maintained and modern rooms, great breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we particularly enjoyed the always rich selection of fresh fruit and pastries.

Cons:

We had a very nice stay at the Alcázar Hotel Sóller and nothing to complain - the only thing I could think of is that the room was quite tight and left little space for our luggage.

New small hotel in the middle of Soller. Some noise from the streets/train. Very clean.
Pros:

Liked the feeling of a new hotel. The pool area was very clean and with more than enough sun beds. Very nice pool and shower area with a small bathroom and sauna. The cleaning of the rooms was extremely good, efficient and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. Nice breakfast hours and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Some noise from the outside. Ear plugs provided by the hotel on the bed...The train to Port de Soller runs in the back yard. Quite small rooms although superior. The breakfast/reception area was quite small. I speak Spanish and could hear the staff talking quietly about the different guests. No tiding of dishes whilst eating, so a table with four people got quite the stacks of plates and dirty dishes.

Een luxe verblijf in het hart van Soller
Pros:

Het was een prachtig modern ingericht hotel met centrale ligging. Alle voorzieningen waren top, met een uitstekend en uitgebreid champagne ontbijt idvv buffet. Het personeel was erg voorkomend, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom zeker terug.

Pros:

Es un hotel fantástico. Excelente ubicación.
Personal muy amable. La cama muy cómoda.
El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Algo que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel y es que el municipio de Soller tiene una restricción en la zona del centro a todos los vehículos no eléctricos.
El hotel te facilita una plaza de aparcamiento ( de pago) para evitar la multa por haber entrado a la zona restringida.
