Great stay - fantastic hotel.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Genuinely as good a hotel as we have stayed in. Staff were fantastic - serving staff David and Bel in particular.

It was clean and food was very good also.

We travelled with our 15 and 9 year old children and they enjoyed the pool and their room also.

Very beatiful and peaceful hotel in Soller
Pros:

First of all, the hotel feels new and like designers really took their time with it. It truly looks amazing. The rooms are very cozy and beds are excellent.
Peaceful pool area is the difference maker during warm summer days. All in all, amazing hotel!

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a hacer nuestra estancia más agradable. El desayuno era muy completo, con mucha variedad y de muy buena calidad, y nos gustó mucho. En general, hemos terminado muy contentos con la experiencia y sin duda recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

Stunning! Would go again tomorrow.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, would return again and again. Reception staff and the female bar staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. Our room was stunning too, we loved our stay.

Cons:

David behind the bar wasn’t great. It felt like we were a hassle to him when ordering drinks etc. we weren’t the only guests that noticed this. And the other male barman could do with some training on cocktails. I had an espresso martini that was in-drinkable.

The fact it was child friendly.

These were minor issues and wouldn’t stop us returning.
