Nice hotel with lovely views
Pros:

Beautiful building and gardens

Cons:

Bathrooms 2 star only no amenities and no wardrobes . Not close to Panajachel as we had thought

Very nice hotel with great garden and swimming pool eith Jacuzzi
Pros:

Lovely hotel and great facilities. The staff was good to us and helpful. Nice to relax after days tour in the jacuzzi or swim in the pool. The restaurant is good. Breakfast was good also.

Lindo pero la ubicación no es tan buena.
Pros:

La habitación linda y amplia, las instalaciones están bien, pero la verdad en fotos se ve más lindo de lo que es. El desayuno era bien completo y tenía todo lo necesario para nosotros.

Cons:

Está bien lindo pero me pareció un poco caro ya que cobran como si fuera un mini resort y no lo es. La ubicación en Santa Catarina me pareció fatal ya que es solo un caserío sin oferta gastronómica ni nada, tienes que ir a panajachel para encontrar buenos restaurantes o tiendas en general, difícil y costoso el transporte hasta Santa Catarina. Además me pareció muy costoso el restaurante en el hotel, cobraban carísimo y muy pocas opciones, lo cual nos obligaba a ir hasta Panajachel siempre.

Buena opción en Lago Atitlan
Pros:

Las vistas al lago, las piscinas, la comida, la cama muy cómoda, y las personas que atienden en el hotel muy atentos.

Cons:

Es necesario trasladarse siempre en tuktuk si no tienes vehículo propio para ir a Panajachel, lo que sube un poco más el precio. Y en la zona de restaurante siempre sonaron las mismas 5 canciones todo el día, cansa un poco.

If I ever return to this area I would definitely return to this location.
Pros:

This was a beautiful resort like hotel stay in Santa Catalina, with a great view of the lake. The hostess receiving us was knowledgeable and friendly. The pool was large and inviting and I especially like the hot pool, ( much larger than a hot tub) which was super relaxing. We took a junior suite and I think it was well worth the few extra dollars it costs. I was very impressed with the original artisan work incorporated into the architecture and lighting. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The service at our dinner was incredibly slow. The food was delicious but I had to cancel my dessert as I just got tired of waiting. It took just over 45 minutes to receive our dinner after ordering.

No tiene salida directa al lago
Pros:

El lugar estaba muy bien . el desayuno 8 puntos . La comida del restaurant bien .

Cons:

Llegamos sin reserva ,pedimos ver la habitacion , nos mostraron la numero 27 , ya estaba lista , hicimos la reserva por esta plataforma , pero muy mala onda la recepcionista nos hizo esperar a las 3 de la tarde para darnos paso a la habitacion . A la noche prendimos el ventilador que hacia un ruido insoportable.
