Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.
Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Great location, nice size rooms
One of our rooms had a couple of cleaning issues
We booked last minute as it was very low price (not sure if this is unusual, was a Sunday night not in term time etc) - very impressed with value for money and would recommend for a last minute off peak trip

A kilátás makulátlan volt, a tengerre nézett az ablak. A szobába bekészített kávé és teakollekció nagyon választékos és finom volt.
A reggeli 6.30-tól volt kiírva és mi le is mentünk akkorra, mert korai géppel repültünk haza. Sajnos csúszás volt és csak kb. 6.45-kor nyitották csak ki a meleg pultot. Megérte várni mert finom volt, csak így sietnünk kellett az evéssel.

Room view wasn’t pleasant
The location
One of the guys working at the front desk bad attitude. I asked him to book me a taxi for the next morning as I was there for the marathon and when I went to confirm with him he denied he’d spoken to me about this . Asked him if he’s calling me a liar as he has also checked me in. When I went down the next morning lady on front desk said no taxis would be coming as all the roads were closed and it would be easier to walk . So not only did he deny booking he didn’t have clue what was going on and especially on such a big event as the Brighton marathon . Please retrain this idiot
The location, the staff, the facilities, the upgrade!
The only thing! When it rained bad in the night there were a leak in the windowsill, but when I told staff on check out they couldn't apologise enough.
