Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.

Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

OK but expensive for the quality of hotel and service.
Pros:

This hotel is expensive for the rooms and facilities provided. Nothing too much wrong just top price for very average hotel. More like a premier inn than a 4 star but generally ok.

Cons:

Breakfast hot buffet was poor. Hard eggs, cold food that looked like it had been booked much earlier.

We love this hotel, we got married Yesterday and stay here the night before and the night off. The staff were great, rooms was great and it juts made our day even easier.

Always guaranteed a great Stay!
Pros:

Friendly Staff made my visit so relaxing, lovely girls Rossio, Christina, Honey, Lyla, Annika, not forgetting Charles the bartender! Breakfast every morning there was an absolute plethora of delicious food! The room is so large, well laid out and comfortable! Location fantastic as is just over the road to the Beach, which is the Hub of activity for Brighton, thus close proximity to most of the best Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment venues! The overall Ambiance of the Hotel makes it feel like a Home from Home!
