Pros:

Tolle Lage, mega freundliche Mitarbeiter, besonders die Dame mit dem langen schwarzen Zopf war einfach top - Gehaltserhöhung?

Cons:

Bad/WC war ziemlich klein, jedoch optimal ausgenutzt, vielleicht wäre ein Haltegriff in Dusche und am WC eine Überlegung für ältere Gäste wert

Great stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Location right near Dammtor Bahnhof provides excellent access to city centre, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Very good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel being in a historic building provides loads of character.

Tolles Personal, nicht so tolle Betten.
Pros:

Das Personal war super, sehr engagiert! Leider hatten wir in unserem ersten Versuch eines Drei Bett Zimmers, neben dem Ehebett eine aufgeklappt alte "Ikea-Couch" schlechtesten Sorte. Daher baten wir am nächsten Tag um einen Zimmerwechsel, der uns ermöglicht wurde. Das war nett, leider waren im neuen 3Bettzimmer alle drei Masratzen der einzelnen drei richtigen Betten sehr hart und somit unbequem.
