Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Terrasse gebucht im Nebengebäude das wir schon aus unseren Aufenthalten aus den Vorjahren kannten, dafür eine Bestätigung von Booking erhalten die das Zimmer ausgibt mit Terrasse und Blick auf den Garten. Nach Bezug des Zimmers gab es weder Balkon noch Garten.sondern ein Fenster mit Besenkammercharme mit Blick auf das Wellblech Dach auf die Strasse. Reklamation blieb erfolglos, sie wären voll und wir sind als Gäste schuld, da wir über Booking ein Zimmer gebucht haben, das System habe das falsch eingestellt, man kann als Betrieb nichts dafür. Keine Entschuldigung und kein Entgegenkommen für die Überbuchung und für den Fehler, uns würde eine Flasche Wein angeboten, die wir abgelehnt haben. Schade, wir kommen in Zukunft nicht wieder, ich fühle mich über den Tisch gezogen, eine gewisse Handschlag Qualität und Fehler Kultur sind mir wichtig.

Szép, stílusos, nagyon tiszta hotel. A személyzet nagyon barátságos és kedves. Finom, bőséges reggeli, amit a szép udvaron is el lehet fogyasztani. Jó volt, hogy kerékpárjainkat zárt helyen tárolhattuk.

Cons:

A hotelben semmiféle innivalóhoz nem lehet jutni a reggelin kívül. Nyári melegben, megérkezésünk után kérdeztük, hogy tudunk-e innivalót vásárolni. Nincs bár, büfé vagy egy üdítítős automata sem. A szobában sincs minibár, sem egy kis hűtőszekrény, amelyben a máshol vásárolt üdítőt lehűthettük volna. A szobában pohár sem volt a fogmosópoháron kívül, abban ihattuk meg a meleg üdítőt, ez kellemetlen volt és egy hotelben nagyon szokatlan.

Schöne neu renovierte Zimmer

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren mir persönlich etwas zu weich, das ist jedoch Geschmackssache. Da das Doppelbett aus zwei einzelnen Matratzen besteht, wäre ein durchgehender Matratzenbezug von Vorteil, damit der Zwischenabstand verschwindet.
