L’hôtel est fabuleux et le personnel extraordinaire
Les chambres propres décorées avec le goût.
La piscine est très bien pour nager. La salle de sport propre.

The position high in the city gives great views but they also have created a special garden which you overlook from the Terrace. If the Terrace is full (it was when we were here because the weather was beautiful) then you have a bar to the left which also overlooks the gardens with beautiful decor and a smaller terrace too. You can eat there or in the restaurant; or you can simply take your drink and sit in the garden.
The restaurant food was excellent as was the breakfast.
It’s a little bit of a maze… upstairs then along a corridor then downstairs to get to our room.

The apartments don’t have aircon, the tap water tasted of mildew, there are no plugs by the beds, and 11 euros for a tiny cup of fries is daylight robbery
Excellent friendly helpful professional staff. Beautiful setting, decor and communal areas.
Gym is large, well equipped with friendly helpful staff, but it’s all a bit dated.
Kenny at arrival was so kind, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself is fabulous, the terrace is stunning over looking views of cork city, the cocktail bar has also plenty of gorgeous outdoor seating and the bar inside has stunning decor. We went during the heatwave so it was great to beable to enjoy drinks outside with beautiful views. Our apartment was spacious which was good for a 4 night stay.
Our apartment had no air con so it was incredibly warm.. although they did supply us with 3 fans which got us by
The shower had zero power and not much water flow
Bed is a little small and wasnt the most comfortable

Die Speisen waren durchweg lecker.
Die meisten Angestellten (jedenfalls die Frauen) waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Chaos beim Frühstück. Das war nicht gut organisiert. Teilweise standen die Leute in Schlange zum Einlass und waren auch nicht informiert warum es so lange dauert. Platz wäre gewesen, aber es wurde nicht abgeräumt und nur schlecht wieder vorbereitet für die nächsten Gäste. Die Herren der Schöpfung dann auch recht unfreundlich.
Abends wurde gefühlt nach Willkür die etwas abseits gelegene Bar geschlossen. 22 Uhr die letzte Runde? Verwunderlich.

Room mix up, another couple landed in the room we'd been given.
We were charged for parking.
We left a day early.
Exceptional from start to finish. The staff, the service, the food, the views... I loved staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend the spa, the cinema and dining experience, and the cocktails/ mocktails.
