I booked rooms and ended up with appartment.. reaquested w beds in one room at least.

The location, service, the staff, everything was excellent
Bij aankomst was het heel druk in het hotel, parking is niet duidelijk, slagboom was niet open.
Er was geen voldoende tijd om deftig in te checken. Je moet zelf je koffers brengen naar de kamer.
Bijzonder kleine en donkere kamer aangeboden gekregen met zicht op een muur.
Pas trop mal situé et avec une jolie vue. Un super accueil à notre arrivée par le personnel de la réception et également par les jeunes filles de la piscine. Un très joli bar en contre bas avec un camion pizza (pizzas qui étaient très bonnes !)
Malheureusement la chambre était un peu vieillissante, la piscine en travaux (ouvriers au bord de l’eau qui coupent, tapent et vissent…), pas très bon accueil sur la terrasse du bar où on nous a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas réserver de table, où on nous a fait patienter avant de nous installer à une toute petite table alors qu’il y avait des places libres sur des tables plus confortables avec banquettes… pour finalement manger très cher et beaucoup trop cuit.
The staff were so welcoming from reception.bar staff restaurant staff cleaners and right the way to the man who was working at the pool. All so kind. Made us feel so welcomed
