Buffet breakfast could have been hotter
Great location, slightly away from the very centre on top on top of the hill. Very impressive feel as you arrive. Our room was amazing. The views, the food, the staff, just all so good. Nothing to fault and cannot wait to go back

The hotel was updated, trendy and very clean! The baggage staff was also very friendly and the most helpful employees at the whole place.
The layout was kind of weird (up and down stairs, with only one entry point), while elevators were out of service so you had to take the stairs and there was not very good signage on how to get to the room. We also got the vibe the staff did not like Americans. They were very short and unhelpful to us and other American guests but showed a more friendly behavior to others. We also called for ice never got it, and had to call three times to get the front desk to answer the phone for help with bags.
The Woodland was amazing.
The SPA was total disaster, dirty, old, destroying elements, people with vary bad hygienic habits.
The Montenotte has a wonderful setting. It has a lovely terrace bar from where one can have beautiful views of the city. The staff were helpful, specially, Donna at the front desk.
