PESSIMA OSPITALITÀ

Arrivati in loco abbiamo scoperto che la camera prenotata era in mansarda con 3 piani di scale che mia madre (80 anni) non avrebbe mai potuto fare. La direzione non ci è venuta incontro in nessun modo: nè cambio camera con una al pian terreno (avrebbero almeno potuto chiedere gentilmente un cambio con altri ospiti, magari giovani e senza problemi a fare un po' di scale), nè rimborsi, nemmeno parziali.
Senso dell'ospitalità e del desiderio di soddisfare il cliente pari a ZERO, totale disinteresse. Avevamo prenotato 2 notti e siamo dovuti tornare a casa con la coda tra le gambe e tanti soldi in meno. Ho viaggiato parecchio in vita mia, ma un servizio del genere non mi è mai capitato, in nessuna parte del mondo.

Pros:

Ottima posizione a metà vallata, circondata dalle montagne e inserita in un piccolo borgo che ha mantenuto lo stile rustico. Si raggiungono rapidamente sentieri che portano in quota a godere di splendidi panorami. Personale gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le richieste.

Personalmente apporterei qualche modifica al menu, ma sono gusti personali
