great location, good value, spacious rooms, just wish for newer bathroom.
Pros:

I needed a hotel near this area, and this one is close enough to walk to. it is convenient since the bus is right in front and subway is short walk away. They also had umbrella you can borrow so no need to buy one. Room is spacious with a nice desk, and is kept clean. However it is just old. I stayed here 12+ years ago and it is still the same. Bathroom was the same but kept very clean. There is hot and cold filtered water dispenser near each elevator.

Cons:

I hope they can spend some money update their bathroom to be more modern. Breakfast was good lots of choices and in a large room. but it can get crowed during 8-9am slot.
