Not worth the awful experience
Pros:

Nothing about this property is finished. Save your money go somewhere else is my honest recommendation. Maybe after a while the property can be ready but it is not at the moment.

Cons:

The walls are water damaged. There is a broken water pipe outside that’s a safety hazard. Finding this place is a hassle. The rural roads are truly awful, maybe the worst I’ve seen. The location is a dingy valley surrounded by no roads. The dude could literally just post pictures of where to turn and alternate routes or better yet. Be reachable by phone. I’d give negative stars if I could

Try to pu bigger boards and thorough cleaning of the room. The one with two beds had a smell like so

Rooms need more of the touch up. Try and provide chairs or couch, your beds will be easly ruined when ppl only have them to sit

It's difficult to find the place via GPS as it a gravel road not clear to follow in such a way that the own had to drive to come and fetch us where we were stucked from
