Parece uma pousada, o booking não deveria colocar como 3 estrelas. Café da manhã muito ruim, só tinha um tipo de pão e ruim.

Excelente ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la plaza de Cusco, ideal para moverse a todos lados a pie, pero sin estar en la plaza misma donde había mucha actividad y bullicio.
Fue ideal para nosotros contar con una pieza familiar, que al estar en el tercer piso era menos ruidosa que la de pisos inferiores. Muy bonita la decoración de la pieza, como estar en una casona antigua con muebles, cuadros y espejos muy típicos de la época colonial. No fue necesario utilizar calefacción a pesar de estar en pleno invierno.
El desayuno estaba ok, con gran cantidad de frutas pero pocas opciones que no fueran pan, y el horario en que se servía era bastante acotado.
Hay disponibilidad de agua caliente y hierbas (coca, manzanilla, te, etc) para los huéspedes durante todo el día, lo que se agradece al llegar en la noche.
El acceso y patio central del edificio era muy abarrotado de cosas, y el hecho de tener locales comerciales ajenos al hotel (dos estudios contables, un masaje) le baja mucho el nivel al hotel, además de llenar de mobiliario que solo molesta en la circulación e imagen del lugar.
Nos tocó un poco de ruido en la calle en un par de ocasiones, pero esto no es responsabilidad del hotel.
The location was perfect and bed was comfy. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee could've been a lot better.
It's a charming old building, but it has very creaky old floors and doors. I could hear every single step from the rooms next door and above us, well into the late night. Also, our room had poor air circulation and it became very stuffy at night. There were no windows or fans in the room, so we didn't get much sleep.
Very present and warm comfortable rooms
Coffee not the greatest - and no yogurt without sugar - no soy milk either.
The staff were kind and accommodating.
