Ailem otelden memnun kaldı ben kolumun kırıklığı nedeniyle aynı tadı alamadım.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very nice, quiet hotel

Cons:

Check out is 11. We arrived at 1215. It took 2 hours to get a room ready for us. Seemed like they did not prioritise it.
Then we got a room with a view of a wall and kitchen extractor, when we had booked a junior suite. I didn’t want the hassle of changing but they refused any rebate and instead gave us a free lunch.
I wasn’t happy with this or the receptionist who gave us the bad room to start with without saying anything.
