Хороший отель с видом на море
Pros:

Понравилось местоположение, шикарный вид на море, просыпаешься и засыпаешь с замечательным видом; пляж находится в нескольких метрах от территории отеля.
В отеле есть ресторан на крыше и очень достойная кухня, фото хачапури по-аджарски приложила, и на 4-м фото - изумительная панорама,которая открывается с территории ресторана.
Недалеко от Батуми, можно заказать Bolt, местный автобус номер 16.
Отель находится в районе Гонио, данный район ещё в процессе обустройства и строительства, но в отеле никаких звуков не было слышно.
Завтрак на должном уровне, все продукты хорошего качества, каждый день ассортимент менялся.

Cons:

В первый день нашего заселения, когда мы только зашли в номер, то сложилось впечатление, что нас никто не ждал с прошлого сезона: вся посуда была в шкафу не в должном состоянии, электричество было выключено, холодильник и плита не были подключены, но здесь точно плюс администрации и электрику, очень быстро данный инцидент был решен и урегулирован.
Очень странный подход персонала по уборке, в 16:00 железно кто-то стучал (сносил) дверь.

Overall we had an excellent experience and I will reccomend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location , very good unobtrusive service, flexible check in /checkout ,super view from the balcony , we just loved the restaurant / terrace in the root of hotel with spectacular views and tasty dishes, convenient swimming pool with all the necessary equipment , very good room service.

Cons:

There was a damp and fishy smell in the hallway of the room, and we couldn't ventilate it during our short stay. Hopefully it will be ventilated finally, we just did not have enough time :)

the staff is very friendly. the beach is close and noce. very cheap. indoor pool is nice, although very different than the picture.

Cons:

far away from Batumi city, around 30 minutes with car. The surrounding is just a big cobstruction site. I booked 2 rooms, one room is moldy, the TV remoter doesnt work. There is actually no gym although on bookings there is one and the picture looks nice. The isolation is poor, you can hear the neighbors quite clearly. To be honest, I have no idea how come it is a 5 star hotel and has so many good reviews, which makes me feel like cheated by the pictures

Холодный досуг
Pros:

Уютный номер, вид из балкона на море шикарный. К приезду прогрели номер концидионером, остальной отель полностью холодный! В номере есть чайник и можно попить кофе/чай. Отель расположен на первой линии от моря, рядом есть магазины, кафе, рестораны.

Cons:

Отдыхала с подругой, когда захотели посетить бассейн, он оказался холодный. Не было как подогрева бассейна, так и обогревания помещения. Отключено всё и свет тоже, хотя при заселении я уточняла работает ли бассейн!
На ресепшн 24/7 никого нет, но можно разбудить охранника и он поможет чем сможет)

Хороший отель, бассейн с подогревом, в холодное время отдыха очень классно поплавать в теплом бассейне. Дети были в восторге. Номер чистый, комфортный, спали крепко, за окном тишина и птички поют. Понравилось всё, приедем сюда ещё и не раз ❤️
