Pros:

The bed in the lovely appointed room was like sleeping on a cloud and large too.
The staff are the best I've encountered in Thailand and the breakfast was passable for a Thai hotel, I just wish Thailand hotels would recognise what a full English breakfast consisted of haha

Overall it is an awesome hotel. We will be back.
Pros:

The design, nice breakfast, and helpful staff. The location is convenient and has a lot of parking spaces available. Awesome 4 stars hotel.

Cons:

We had the suite with a price of over $240. It is a 4 stars hotel but for that price: the room was not sound proof (contrary to what was announced on their website and on booking.com), we could clearly hear the road in front. The bathtub was not clean on the side of it, and in the shower the sink was clogged. For that price it should have been flawless...
