Hotel binnen de muren van Tenby. Grote kamer.
Bagage het hotel in (geen plek om he auto even neer te zetten) en naar je kamer (slome en kleine lift, zonder intelligentie) en uit brengen ging wat lastig.
Ook stonden er 3 verschillende aromastokjes op de kamer, waardoor er te veel aroma was
Room was excellent, comfortable spacious and clean.
There was an issue with the lift which was frustrating for the guests.
Friendly staff - recent refurbishment, room very comfortable, lovely bed.

Trying to find your bedroom. Truly awful. The signs did not show you here or where your room was so therefore you went up and down flights of stairs including with luggage

The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was comfortable with sea views and the location is very convenient for the centre of Tenby.
A lack of car parking on site. But, we were able to drop our cases, check in and move our car to a nearby car park.
The Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. Rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast 😊
We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with a sea view. The room itself was good, the recent renovations to the rooms are good. Upon arrival we needed to change rooms due to accessibility issues, the staff were very helpful and managed to find us a ground floor room. (Upstairs rooms all involve stairs because the levels vary so much.)
Overall the staff were very helpful, but clearly tired and working long hours without any management support.
The poor quality breakfast, mostly the cheapest ingredients. It's self service for everything except cooked breakfast. Guests often needed to ask staff to restock as no member of staff had responsibility for checking nothing had run out. The layout meant most guests were seated 5 steps down in the dining room from where the buffet was placed, so lots of trips up and down needed.
Saturday afternoons are a nightmare, 12.00 -6.00pm Tenby Rocks the DJ session on the terrace is very very loud, best avoided, there's nowhere in the hotel which isn't affected by the loud music. In fact weekends probably best avoided as prices considerably higher, our room on B & B deal was £256 on Friday, £336 on Saturday and £356 on Sunday.

We had been put off by the photos on the internet but it was the last place with a room. We were therefore surprised how nice it was!
Bit or rabbit warren although that also adds character that we liked

Thought it was little bit pricey 245 pound couldnt check in until 3 and check out at 10 so less than 24 hours for that price
