The bathroom sink could have been bigger, but really nothing to complain about.
The staff. They were all exceptional and so friendly. We mainly had Tracey, Ian, Molly and Keith looking after us. Everything is within walking distance or you can relax in the bar and on sun terrace overlooking the beautiful bay. I have to say that the food was delicious. I had the Pembrokeshire broth and I can safely say it was the best thing I'd tasted. It was packed with seafood. My husband had the cod loin and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was also good. The room was big enough for us and we had a balcony overlooking the sea and air conditioning. Even the towels are big enough, which is rare these days. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be back. A huge thankyou to everyone as there were many staff we didn't see, like the chefs, housekeeping and management.
Nothing
The room also the view
Very good great choice l
The location was excellent
Lack of car parking
Very good breakfast choices. Good position overlooking the beach. Comfortable bed.
Staff need more training and better direction. Sunday lunch was probably the worst one I’ve ever experienced. A bad reflection on the hotel. Smell from a water leak.
The Location was exceptional with amazing views. The renovated rooms were clean , modern and very comfortab;e. The Staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly, The Food was delicious.
Very good breakfast. Good steak in the evening meal. Fantastic scones for afternoon tea. Very good service and staff attitude.
Perhaps an updating of the outside terrace, which is a wonderful place to sit.
We were impressed with the improvements since our last visit to this hotel. A very pleasant stay. Excellent room and bathroom. All top quality fittings. A lovely breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful. It would be nice to see the private beach access path reinstated.
It seemed a shame that it was thought necessary to charge the compulsory (refundable) deposit on arrival. Ensure that you arrange the refund before leaving.
Room was beautiful with views directly across to Caldey Island spotlessly clean. Staff were fabulous nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was lovely with a good choice to suit everyone.
Loved all of it
Had to pay extra for breakfast not told before booking. It seems when you book anywhere you book they don't let you know until you pay first. + evening meal absolutely lovely except for roast beef tougher than shoe leather.had to leave it on plat.
Roast beef.no pin boad on Info of where to go for site seeing or entertainments.
Location. Staff very professional and friendly. We found Pet friendly hotels to stay few and far between in Tenby.
Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean.
Everything
The lift needs to be replaced
Slow bar service waiter only preferred it as it was before The crest hotel chain took over
The manager Tracey was brilliant
Clean, modern, lovely staff
Rooms are nice , bathrooms are very clean
We all found front of house staff were not helpful at all, we had 5 motorcycles worth over €100000 and asked to park them in the small car park beside the hotel but were told that we could not, there was one car in the car park that day and no cars in it all that night, the duty manager and the receptionist didn’t care that we would have had to put the bikes out into the public path which is very dangerous in a busy town like Tenby, they made no effort to be helpful resulting in the five of us not having diner or drinks in the hotel, we spent over 400 pounds in local restaurants and bars that evening which could have been spent in the hotel if the staff had been a small bit more helpful, by the way we did park the bikes in the car park as there was no other cars parked there, the next morning we were told to get them out at 0800 Sunday morning and were told that staff would be parking there,at 1000 when we were leaving there was one car in the car park.we parked the bikes in the corner of the car park where no cars could fit anyway so it was very disappointing that this simple request was dismissed by the staff who couldn’t care less
