Cons:

The room as per description is family suite with mountain view, however there is no view at all.
Bathroom shower tap did not work. Rooms are bit old with foul smell. Only bare minimum toiletries - soap and shampoo.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. The property was in very poor condition — rooms were dirty, toilets were unhygienic with stains and a strong smell, and there was an overflowing dustbin right outside the room causing an unbearable odor. The room looked nothing like the photos shown during booking, and even the windows were sealed, making it very uncomfortable to stay. I had to check out within 30 minutes. Completely misleading and unacceptable — would not recommend at all.
