The employees were rude and lacked professionalism. There’s a respectful way to speak to guests, and unfortunately that was not my experience. The front desk employee did her job, but telling guests their reservation would be canceled if they didn’t arrive before 3:00 PM was unreasonable. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where late check-in wasn’t allowed.

I was also disappointed by how we were treated on the day of checkout. Around 9:00 AM, employees knocked on our door claiming to be maintenance and repeatedly asked when we were leaving, even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00 AM. It made us feel rushed and uncomfortable throughout the morning.

Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again. Respectful communication and allowing guests to enjoy their stay until the posted checkout time should be a basic expectation.

The works not having the right things. For guest no smoke area

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel based on our experience. The beds had a strong chlorine smell, and the elevators were out of service during our stay. The biggest issue, however, was that the nightstand in our room completely fell off the wall in the middle of the night, which was a serious safety concern.

The noise through out the day and night. It was stains on the couch and bedding. The door to exit was not closed all the way. I did not feel safe.

Bad services

Wifi was down , didn’t get a key. Later in the night i had to go out and when i came back the lobby was closed and when i got back i called their number and their employee was annoyed and told me whenever i needed to leave to leave the door open ? Lmaooo make it make sense why would i leave the door open with all my stuff inside , the place was too noisy unless you’re on the top floro you will hear people walking around all night . Will never in my life book here again

The bed wasn’t safe for me to transfer from my chair to the bed. The bed kept sliding every time I took movement to transfer. Also the mattress wasn’t good it sinked me in so it was hard for me to maneuver. And then charged me with a fictitious charge with no reason.

The front door was so hard to open. It was stuck and we literally had to kick it to open it.

The Staff could have used more help keeping the place clean, due to some of the residents being inconsiderate. The fire alarm goes off all the time. I spent about two months here and then a kid moved in downstairs and I could hear everything so the walls and floors are not soundproof and that made it unbearable. Just keep in mind this is where people live and it is less hotel and more apartment like.
