Very good except for the fire alarm problem and it would help to have more apps available on the TV

Cons:

2 false fire alarms.Saturday night in a room 2 doors down for about 20 minutes then Sunday night the whole building erupted in the loudest alarm I've ever heard at about 3:00 AM.It lasted about 30 minutes with the fire dept. having to come to shut it off.I heard it mentioned by them that they didn't know why.

It was a nice sta besides the janky ass WiFi
Pros:

I loved the kitchen and the way the room is set up. Super spacious

Cons:

The WiFi sucks so bad. Wasn’t able to watch Netflix cause it wouldn’t stay connected long enough

Wonderful and Clean!
Pros:

I Loved this place! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it friends and family!

Cons:

They need a sign pointing to Elevators. We did a lot of walking only to find out that we had passed it!

Cons:

I book 2 rooms almost 3 months in advanced & paid them in full. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was informed by the front desk gentlemen that I had to pay $500 Deposit for each room. I informed him I didn't know I had to pay a damage deposit before checking in. When I book both rooms I never saw it & Even when I check my confirmation to see if I did miss it by mistake & I still didn't see it. I know some hotel do charge a damage deposit but usually I know before hand. In this situation I never saw the damage deposit anywhere. The gentlemen let me see his computer screen but that means nothing. I had all of my paperwork for the hotel & I wanted him to show me on my paperwork where does it state when I arrived I have to pay a damage deposit fee. He informed me also that we couldn't get our money back for the rooms if we decided that we didn't want to stay and so we talk it over since we couldn't get our money back we just decided to stay and just pay the damage deposit fee. He eventually did not charged us for the damage deposits and that was very nice of him. That was the only issue I had. I like to have everything together in advanced. Him telling me I had to pay the damage deposit fee threw me off because I'm like what damage deposit fee we never informed about it. I even checked my paperwork & I still didn't see. it.

Don't stay here
Pros:

Room is clean and nice with ammeentities.

Cons:

This location leases rooms to perm. Resident.s. They are loud all night, party, smoke pot and have no care for overnight guests. The inside of our room was very nice. There is no onsite staff on the weekend, so your stuck calling the emergency # if you have issues like i did, and someone has to literally drive to the property to address it. I had to call more than once..
