Nos hemos quedado 4 noches en edte hotel y ha sido genial. Está muy bien ubicado, limpio y las camas son comodísimas.
El desayuno está muy bien, con mucha variedad. Uno de los días teniamos programada una excursión a primera hora de la mañana y nos prepararon desayuno para llevar.
El personal es muy amable y están siempre pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Serene Central Hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with an elegant, French-inspired style and rich, tasteful décor that gives it a lot of character.

The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and very quiet. The bathroom had a separate shower, plenty of hot water, and everything was well maintained. The hotel was comfortable in every respect.

What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was excellent, but I’d particularly like to thank Harry, who was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. His hospitality made an already wonderful experience even better.

The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which is a fantastic area to stay. You’re surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, shops, and countless interesting places to explore, all within easy walking distance. Another great advantage is that many sightseeing tours offer hotel pickup within the Old Quarter, making it especially convenient for exploring Hanoi and the surrounding attractions.

The Serene Central Hotel was the perfect home base for my time in Hanoi. After spending the day exploring the city, it was always a pleasure to return to such a comfortable, peaceful hotel.

Considering the quality of the accommodations, the outstanding service, and the excellent location, this hotel offers exceptional value for the money.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, pokoje czyste i przestronne. Personel bardzo miły, zaangażowany i pomocny, szczególnie Pani Luna. Nasz pokój był gotowy wcześniej, otrzymaliśmy również darmowy upgrade pokoju do wyższego standardu. Śniadania różnorodne i smaczne, dobra kawa.Stosunek jakości do ceny-rewelacja, polecam serdecznie:)

Nie ma sie do czego przyczepić, no może na śniadanie mogłyby sie pojawić naleśniki😀

Wir konnten unser Gepäck unkompliziert im Hotel lassen für einen Ausflug ausserhalb von Hanoi.
Die Lage ist ebenfall gut, zwischen Train Street und Old Quarter.
Frühstück ist ok.

Great staff, nice and attentive. Excellent breakfast. We were allowed to take a shower after checking out. Since we were flying in the evening: they kept our luggage, and we had access to a shower en of the day and they provided towels.
