Excellent hotel - great location with the Old Quarter and extremely friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed at the Serene Central Hotel for 3 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Hanoi. It is very well located within the Old Quarter (4 mins to Train Street). The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Annie who helped us with a last minute change to our plans with a luxury Cruise on Ha Long Bay.

Wirklich EMPFEHLENSWERT
Pros:

Sehr engagiertes, natürliches, freundliches und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal. Hier fühlt man sich wohl! In diesem Zusammenhang sind insbesondere EMILY, LUNA und Enzo besonders positiv zu erwähnen!
Die über das Hotel (Emily und Luna) gebuchten Zusatzleistungen (Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel, Transfer nach Catba und zurück sowie Privat-Car) haben perfekt funktioniert, auch nach deutschen Maßstäben:-)
Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut.
Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und wenn wir wieder einmal in Hanoi sind, buchen wir gerne wieder das CERENE CENTRAL HOTEL.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und die Räume sehr sauber. Wir durften vor unserem Abflug Abends sogar noch kostenlos duschen. Vielen Dank an das Personal!

The location is great and the best performance
Pros:

Hotel staff are really kind and helpful. Since I checked-in night time, the male staff allowed me to pay next day. He also took me to the room and showed how to use hot water.
Luna is amazing. When checking out, Grab showed around 130K VND to my next destination. But Luna called me Taxi with her application, which was only 90K VND. This is not the first time she helped me.

Pros:

The Hotel staff was very helpful, specially M/s Luna made us feel very comfortable when we arrived at the hotel. She recommended a few places of interest in Hanoi, which were very good. Overall our stay was very good and the hotel was spic n span. I highly recommend this hotel and it is also in the centre, walking distance from famous shopping streets.

Velmi příjemné ubytování v centru Hanoje.
Pros:

Dobré umístění, velmi ochotný a nápomocný personál. Pohodlný a prostorný pokoj ( pro tři osoby). Personál Se vším pomohl a zařídil i auto s řidičem na cely den, včetně dalších doporučení na výlety.

Cons:

K snídani studené parky, a trochu hlučněji bylo v noci na pokoji ( asi z venku nebo klimatizace)

Pros:

Annie truly made our experience here wonderful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We checked out in the morning and had some time to walk around before a long flight home. Annie offered us to shower with fresh towels, even after we checked out, so we could go on our long journey home clean and comfortable. She truly went above and beyond and we would recommend a stay here to anyone! Breakfast was also very good.
