Pros:

The room is very nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Old City, yet the room is quiet, and we were able to sleep very well.

The highlight, however, is the staff. They are always smiling, willing to help, and genuinely kind and friendly people. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cosy hotel
Pros:

Every staff member at the hotel was very friendly, from the receptionist to the managers. Their English was good so communication with them was never a problem. The hotel was built with solid materials and had excellent sound insulation. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, the showers were spacious and there was a constant supply of hot water. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, a 5-7 minute walk from Train Street, and surrounded by numerous restaurants.

Cosy hotel
Pros:

After a 4-day trip to Sapa, we chose to return to this comfortable hotel from June 13th to 17th. Annie, Luna, and the other staff were still very friendly and welcoming. When my sister's luggage was damaged, she asked the manager to help write a travel claim letter which the manager readily agreed to. This put my sister's mind at ease. I'm truly grateful to everyone in the hotel.

住宿地點很不錯。
服務很好， 尤其二位櫃台女接待人員很棒，熱心地協助解決我們的問題。
雖然入住遇到停電，基於長期派駐越南..我了解這是越南電力公司的日常操作(臨時停電)。
飯店也補償早餐的費用，附近有不錯的板米可以購買，也是一餐很棒的早餐。
