Pros:

I had a wonderful 5 day stay at Serene Hotel. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Also the location is perfectly situated in the middle of the Old Quarter, you can easily return for a quick rest when tired from roaming around. 
Many thanks to Emily for her warm hospitality and her amazing team's attentiveness. Your customer service is a well-deserved 10/10. ; )
