Appartamento apparentemente pulito, camera ordinata e nel complesso tutto in linea con quanto pagato.

Cons:

Non era specificato che l’appartamento fosse abitato anche dall’host. Non ci sono stati problemi particolari, ma secondo me sarebbe meglio segnalarlo chiaramente, perché chi cerca più privacy potrebbe non gradire scoprire solo al momento che ci sono altre persone in casa.

Decent accomodation at a reasonable price
Pros:

Location perfect for visiting an event at the nearby Teatro nuovo Giovanni da Udine; also can be easily reached with bus No. 4 from the station.
Room kinda spartan, but good for one or two nights, bathroom clean. Warm.

Great location for a trip to Udine
Pros:

Easy communication with the host, comfortable bed, access to the balcony. The sun rises on the side of the bedroom so it's nice and bright in the morning. There is a possibility to park nearby.
