Je suis parti plus vite de l’hotel, pas très customer oriented.
Pros:

Acceuil de la personne s’occupant du petit dejeuner, amical et enthousiaste. Facile a trouser en sortant de l’auroroute

Cons:

A 15:00 la chambre toujours pas faite, pas de lunch servi a midi.

Clean place but, Lacking good management
Pros:

Was OK but, expensive for b-fast. LEAD Bar tender (David) was really good but, seemed to pick out people to talk to for too long. Did not pay attention to all guest evenly. The decor in the lobby is great.

Cons:

There was only a single server in the restaurant and she was mad because she felt over worked. Did not get good service. The food was OK. The decor in the rooms is very bland. For the price paid, I would expect to see hotel management managing by walking around but, never saw a Manager. Staffing was very limited.

It's really secured!!! Clean place. Pool.bathhrom is cool.

Worth it
Pros:

Rooms were huge. Stand up shower which is always a plus. Pools were big and not too crowded.

Cons:

Room service just did bathroom and made beds. Didn't clean up room or counters. Which wouldn't have been terrible except there was chip crumbs on the floor and dining table was Cleary dirty. ( we have kids) and I had to call twice to get it done.

I didn't like that the TV in the room wasn't a smart tv and didn't give you the option to cast streaming networks.
