Boa cama, bonita vista
Loved the quality of the room and comfy bed
It was quite far from Sarandë and a real beach, but close to a mix of shops and things we need
Everything needed for relaxing break. Sea , pool , drink , eat ... repeat
The staf was amazing and want to help with a big smile. Room was clean. Sunbeds are always available. Car parking is available.
No foods and drinks are allowed in the room with a penalty of EUR 100.
Only cash accepted at the beach and swimming pool. With minmum EUR 10.
The location is difficult to enter very steff, but if you have a car there will be no problem.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of sunbeds available at all times of day, no one goes early to put down towels and leaves for hours etc, breakfast was good and staff were nice
The pool is salt water, the bar by the pool has separate bills for food and drink when you sit to eat and is cash only. Quite far from the main area of sarande but still lots of food options nearby for dinner. The parking is down a VERY steep hill. You’re not allowed any food in the rooms or you’ll be fined. Hotel gym is not very good - one treadmill not working out of two, basic equipment
Sea view from the room balcony was amazing. Interior was nice and the bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were available. The pool was fine.
Lighting was poor, only one main ceiling source and a small portable lamp, considering only 3 power outlets in the room. Poor drain system, we experienced some unpleasant smells in the bathroom time to time.
Staff was pretty friendly, sometimes even too much, if you know what I mean. But they seemed to be scared of the “Boss”, how the called hotel owner. On the first day of our stay he had a massive party with his friends on the pool with ridiculously loud local music. We couldn’t find a quiet corner to have some rest.
Breakfast ends at 10:30 am, which is pretty early as for me during the vacation. We arrived at 10:00-10:15 am and the buffet was almost empty, stuff started to collect food back to the kitchen earlier and refused to bring us milk, explaining that boss will be angry. Overall food quality and selection was pretty poor.
Many things were broken. Last three days beach shower was broken, and it was really uncomfortable taking into account that the water in the pool was sea water as well. Staircase to the sea was rusty and broken that we saw a person who cut their hand.
In general beach looks different on pictures, it looks sandy and sloppy but in reality it was a concrete slab covered with pebbles.
Spa and fitness centre were out of service, and based on other reviews I can assume that they are not existing at all.
The beach front was ok, although just a man made concrete slab but at least this part felt tranquil and the beach towel guys were the nicest in the entire hotel.
-staff: rude and unhelpful, we were told to wear “braclets” to identify us as guests which is tacky for this level of hotel, when we asked for another option such as showing the bracelet
To staff when entering the pool, they retorted very rudely and we felt like we were scolded children
-rules: ex no outside food or drink in rooms
-room: we were given a room on -2 which basically felt like a dungeon and smelled of paint, we had to walk down very dark stairs to our room each time we entered which felt unsafe. Room had no coffee, just tea bags, shower smelled of sewage. Lumpy hard pillows made sleep difficult. We were out from 9-3:30 the next day and our room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm. When we arrived the cleaners were there and said it would take 5 min. They rushed to clean and forget to make the bed with a sheet
-gym- the reason we booked in the first place. As active people we workout first thing and eat after, however the gym was not open until 10 and breakfast ends at 10:30 making or routine impossible. We were forced to find a gym offsite and took small hand towels. Upon return we were scolded by the staff for taking towels out of the hotel. When we did use the gym in the afternoon there were unsupervised children barefoot in swimwear who would just be hanging out in there. My partner worked out and had these kids constantly playing around him going in and out of the gym. When I went to walk on the treadmill the kids were watching YouTube. When I reported this to the front desk they seemed unphased, and did not apologize.
-water- there was a water station in the dining area. When I went to fill my bottle a server berated me and told me it’s only for breakfast.
