A fantastic stay with excellent service, beautiful views, and a welcoming atmosphere—we look forward to returning.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The restaurant had a great ambiance, and the food and service were excellent. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist who greeted me on arrival—she was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she truly made a great first impression. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The only disappointment during our stay was that the spa was unavailable. When we booked through Booking.com, the hotel was advertised as having spa facilities. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the spa was under maintenance. She also mentioned that the hotel had already notified Booking.com to remove the spa information from the listing.

Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent.

Pros:

Hotel super. Pokój z balkonem na morze i pięknym widokiem. Personel w całym hotelu przez cały dzień dbał o czystość. Bardzo pomocni jak czegoś potrzebowaliśmy. Muzyka przy barze na basenie nasz klimat i w ogóle nam nie przeszkadzała. W barze wszytstko do picia i jak ktos chcial zjesc to mogl zamowic w hotelowej restauracji i przynosili danie nad basen. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo smaczne, spore porcje. Ceny takie jak wszędzie. Od ok 19 już cisza I spokój i tylko szum fal obijajacych sie o klif. Wejście do morza głębokie tylko dla umiejących pływać i od ok 11:30 juz spore fale które zdecydowanie utrudnialy pływanie. Siłownia w hotelu dobrze wyposażona. Można zrobic fajny trening. Jedyny minus-otwarta dopiero od 10...wiec nie można bylo zrobic treningu przed śniadaniem:( Śniadania monotonne, codziennie to samo, jedyna rzecz do poprawki w hotelu. Brakowało mi pokrojonych owoców, białego sera, warzyw. Za to duży wybór jak ktoś wcina węglowodany;) Hotel ok 3km od promu i centrum Sarandy, ale blisko restauracje, sklepy spożywcze, wypożyczalnia skuterów, kantor. Taxi do hotelu ok 20 euro...dla porównania do Ksamil ok 25km-30 euro. Wrócimy na pewno:)

Monotonne śniadania. Siłownia otwarta za późno. Powinna byc od 7.

Pros:

Il était super, c’était très propre et le personnel était incroyable. Super sympa.

Cons:

L’eau était soit froide soit trop chaude. Quand je mettais de l’eau chaude elle devenait super chaude, du coup je remettait froid mais c’était super froid.

Pros:

The location is good, just by the beach and with some restaurants around. The hotel is pretty new and everyone is helpful. The pool is nice too.

Cons:

So the rooms really need to improve their lighting. A couple of lamps would be amazing otherwise there is the main lights or sitting there in the dark, you can't do anything without disrupting your partner's sleep. The coffee in the breakfast could be better for sure.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience memorable was the hospitality.

A special thank you to the lady on reception, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued from day one. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was answering questions, helping with recommendations, or simply greeting us with a smile every day.

It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and creates such a positive atmosphere for guests. She is a real credit to the hotel.

Thank you to the entire team at Joelle Premium Hotel for making our trip so enjoyable. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.
