Pros:

The building is new and clean, even if it doesn't look nice from outside.
The breakfast was tasty.
Drinkable water dispensers are available for guests .
The hotel is very close to the bazar.

Cons:

The hotel entrance could be better but they were working on it during our visit, maybe it will be better.

Buona posizione. A pochi minuti a piedi dal famoso Osh Bazar.
Tutta la struttura è molto accogliente, tenuta bene e con dei bei decori piacevoli e rilassanti.
Ottima la pulizia!
Camera piccola. Il letto e i cuscini comodi.
Comodo anche il bagno privato con doccia.
Colazione servita era semplice, ma buona e sufficiente.
Il wi-fi e l'aria condizionata funzionavano perfettamente.
Il personale gentile e molto professionale.
Non c'è l'ascensore, ma i ragazzi della reception aiutano a portare i bagagli ai piani superiori.
Consiglio vivamente Viva Hotel.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Abzügen

Moderne Zimmer mit neuer Ausstattung.
Alles sehr sauber.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten vier Zimmer.
Zwei Zimmer waren größer mit richtigem Eingangsbereich/Flur mit Schrank und Garderobe. Außerdem war hier auch ein Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Wir hatten vier Zimmer.
Zwei davon waren recht klein, man hatte kaum Platz, um den Koffer zu öffnen, geschweige denn einen Schrank, wo man Sachen reinlegen konnte. Aber hat schon irgendwie geklappt.

Die Klimaanlage ist ausgegangen, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt, weil man die Karte mitnimmt, die man für den Strom reinsteckt.

Das inkludierte Frühstück war zwar lecker und jeden Tag gab es eine andere Hauptkomponente, allerdings war diese immer sehr fettig.

Im Bad ist das Wasser ein bisschen aus der Dusche gelaufen, weil es nicht richtig verdichtet war.

Von außen sieht das Hotel nicht sehr ansprechend aus, was sich aber ändert, wenn man reingeht.

Очень чистое помещение, комната

Cons:

Ужасное расположение, ощущение, что ты находишься в гетто. Рядом нет ни магазинов, ни кафе. Вышли гулять днем, прямо возле отеля мужчина сидя на улице справлялся по большой нужде. Возвращались вечером, очень много людей пьющих курящих прямо на дорого в 100 метрах от отеля. Для одиноких путешественников и девушек очень не безопасный район.
Унитаз не работал, быстро вызвали мастера, но все равно работал не исправно
