Pros:

Rommet var fint og sengene var veldig komfortable! Beliggenheten var også helt super.

Pros:

The hotel was very well situated with the city centre five minutes walk. It's located in a cul de sac running parallel with a busy street which means it is very quiet.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was good sized, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was adequate.
I would use it again if in Tirana.

Receção prestável. Pequeno almoço simples e com pouca variedade.

Cons:

A precisar de remodelação, box do chuveiro e pia desgastadas.
O acesso ao hotel era estranho e escuro.

Mies vastaanotossa oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Huone oli tilava ja hotellin sijainti oikein hyvä.

Cons:

Aamupalalla juusto sekä jogurtti olivat pilalla eikä tehnyt sen jälkeen mieli syödä mitään muutakaan.

Pros:

L’hôtel est globalement bien, propre et agréable. La chambre était correcte et l’établissement donne une bonne première impression. Proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un gros problème avec la climatisation : elle ne fonctionnait pas correctement et ne produisait pas de froid. Nous avons signalé le problème dès le premier jour à la réception. On nous a répondu que le problème serait vérifié le lendemain et qu’une solution serait trouvée (une nuit passée au chaud sans clim )

Malheureusement, le lendemain, rien n’avait été résolu. Nous avons de nouveau demandé de l’aide, notamment au monsieur présent à l’accueil pendant la nuit, mais son attitude nous a particulièrement déçus. Il était très froid, ne semblait pas vraiment se soucier de notre problème et ne nous a proposé aucune solution.

C’est dommage, car l’hôtel est bien et propre, mais lorsqu’un problème survient, la qualité de l’accueil et la capacité du personnel à trouver une solution sont tout aussi importantes. J’espère que ce point sera amélioré à l’avenir.

Great hotel in city centre
Pros:

Great location, clean room, ac working, actually good price for good services. Not problem to come back again.

Cons:

It’s not fault of the hotel of course, just don’t be afraid of the way, to the hotel entrance. A little creepy, but hotel itself is in good condition.

Pros:

Après une arrivée un peu surprenante dans l impasse de l hôtel. Le monsieur d un certain âge qui fait la nuit et très agréable. Il parle Anglais, Français et très bien Espagnol. L hôtel très agréable et très propre. Grande chambre. On est a 5mn a pied de la place principale. Le parking souterrain a 7€ est situé dans un immeuble a une rue de l hôtel.
