Bella la struttura, la stanza, la posizione all' interno del castello. Accoglienza molto cordiale.

Cons:

Avrei gradito qualcosa di dolce in più a colazione, ma era più che soddisfacente anche quella!

Pros:

Das IALNA macht genau den Unterschied zwischen einer anonymen Standardübernachtung und einem unvergesslichen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Der herzliche, aufmerksame Empfang gibt einen ebenso hervorragenden ersten Eindruck wie der edle Stil des alten Stadthauses, welches feinfühlig modernisiert wurde. Die Zimmer sind sauber, extrem komfortabel und runden den Gesamteindruck mit exzellenter Ausstattung ab.
Nach der ersten Übernachtung genießt man das herausragende Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Backwaren und Eierspeisen.

Die ruhige Lage in der Altstadt von Ioannina bildet sich nicht nur im Stil des Hotels ab, sondern ermöglicht auch ruhige Abende im gemütlichen Innenhof. Nichtsdestotrotz ist man binnen fünf Minuten an den lebhaften Plätzen (Restaurants und Bars) der jungen Unistadt.

Entgegen unserer Erwartung konnten wir sogar direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Es gibt zwar keine reservierten Plätze für die Gäste, aber dank der Sondergenehmigung in die Altstadt fahren zu dürfen, findet man problemlos einen Parkplatz.

Sollten wir wieder in Ioannina sein, ist für uns absolut selbstverständlich, dass wir wieder im IALNA unterkommen wollen!

Cons:

Folgende Kritik bewegt sich im Bereich der letzten 3% die zu einer 100% Bewertung fehlen, dies würde niemals nachhaltig den exzellenten Gesamteindruck trüben, den das IALNA macht. Dies ist wirklich konstruktive Kritik auf Topniveau:

Es gab in unserem Zimmer minimalste (!) Spuren von Unsauberkeit. Unser Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr weit entfernt von Schmutzig oder nicht sauber. Dennoch könnten Kalkspuren am Duschkopf oder Ablagerungen an den Scharnieren leicht beseitigt werden.

Baulich war es etwas ungewohnt, dass das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer, sondern im Schlafraum war. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Das Bad selbst war eher klein und eng, aber in modernem, sauberen Allgemeinzustand.

Das enorm hilfsbereite Personal ist herzlich, aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Dennoch wurde beim Frühstück einmal unser Kaffee vergessen, darüber hinaus auf Nachfrage ein sehr touristischer Ort für die Weiterreise empfohlen, obwohl dies dezidiert ausgeschlossen wurde.

Staff molto gentile, qualità generale di hotel e arredo ottima, buona colazione, posizione centralissima.

Cons:

E' possibile accede in auto solo con un permesso (che si può richiedere in reception, ma non è possibile sostare anche solo per lo scarico bagagli, visto che la strada è stretta. E' l'unico piccolo problema per chi dovesse viaggiare in auto.

Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά στις εισόδους και εξόδους του κάστρου των Ιωαννίνων. Επιλέξαμε το δωμάτιο με την κουκέτα για τα παιδιά και ήταν πολύ βολικά!

Cons:

Το μόνο που θα έλεγα ως μικρή λεπτομέρεια είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε αρκετός χώρος για να έχουμε τις βαλίτσες μας ανοικτές μέσα στο δωμάτιο, χωρίς να σημαίνει ότι αυτό μας ταλαιπώρησε.

The hotel is a little gem right the centre of Ioannina castle. A cozy, stylish and impeccably clean place, ideal for large families and business travelers alike. Will definitely recommend the hotel and of course book there again..!

Cons:

Cleanliness was not up to the standard. One of the rooms had a used sock inside that remained there the whole week. Towels and sheets were often torn and stained. Breakfast offerings and service needs a lot of work. Overall the hotel was short of staff.

Everything was perfect! Violeta was a great host, so kind and smiling, she made us feel at home. The story behind this building has a lot of interesting history. Making the hotel modern but also respecting the history and tradition of the building and people who lived there hundreds of years ago.
It had a very special atmosphere of old and new at the same time.

We highly recommend!
