Pros:

We stayed for one night as a stopover before taking the train to Ella, and we received a very warm welcome! The accommodation offers great value for money, and the staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Even though we arrived late, we were still able to have dinner, which was much appreciated.

The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was also very good. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Pros:

Welcoming and clean facility, spacious room with a beautiful view, extremely friendly staff, and superb cuisine in their glass-enclosed restaurant overlooking the very picturesque plantations. Recommended, compliments also to the chef Ragu.

Pros:

A lovely hotel with spaceous and clean rooms and a great view over the tea plantations and lake Gregory. The staff was very helpful. We arrived late and the kitchen staff waited for us in case we wanted some food.

Ok but know the pros & cons prior to booking.
Pros:

Nice location. Near to the lake. Though not all rooms face the lake.

Cons:

The property required us to climb 3.5 floors to reach our rooms. There are no elevators and there was no mention of the same in their website details. For someone who just recovered from a knee surgery, it was a tough experience. On telling them that they should highlight it right at the first page , they told me that I should have asked if the place had elevator or not. Seriously?!

Wonderful and relaxing stay, with beautiful views, warm hospitality, and a great location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Nuwara Eliya. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Gregory Lake and just a short drive from Moon Plains. Our family was given the top-floor rooms, which had stunning views. On one side, we could see the beautiful tea plantations, and on the other, the peaceful Gregory Lake.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to recommend good places to eat and suggest nearby attractions to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience.

Cons:

One small suggestion that could make the experience even better would be to have tea/coffee-making facilities available throughout the day in the restaurant, along with fresh milk. This would allow guests to prepare a cup of tea or coffee whenever they like and relax while enjoying the beautiful views from the restaurant.
