Pros:

We liked the location. Initially when we checked in we thought we should have selected an accommodation near the city centre as this place is bit away.

But when we spent time in the evening and next morning we realised we were at a very quieter and a scenic place.

The views from the room and the restaurant were excellent with Lake on one saode and tea plantations on another.

There was a small garden sit out area and ideal for morning sun bath and evening relaxation.

The lounge area is scenic and huge with many comfortable sofas for the guests to sit.

Cons:

Since It was a bit away from the town centre, there were no restaurants or other places around. This place needs transportation to come. Ideal if you have your own vehicle

Pros:

Las vistas de los campos de té y el lago desde el comedor y balcón comunitario. Amaneció con niebla, en un ambiente muy especial, y luego fue despejando y quedó un día esplendido. El desayuno tipo buffet fue muy completo también. Al llegar tarde cenamos en el hotel y estaba todo muy rico también. Recalcar que nos recibieron con té y toallas calientes (hacía un frío que pelaba comparando con el resto de puntos del viaje). No pasamos nada de frío a pesar de las bajas temperaturas generadas por la altura.

Cons:

Es verdad que está lejos del centro de Nuwara Eliya, pero la ciudad tampoco tiene mucho, es más interesante visitar los campos de té de la zona.

Pros:

The hotel was in a old British style building. The staff were very pleasant and helped us out. The rooms were quite clean and nice views as well. The food options were also nice.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit cold and our room was right near the restaurant so was a bit noisy.
