A friendly, clean, well located hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. For exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The dining terrace is a beautiful place to have a pre dinner drink.

Cons:

Maybe improve the bacon. I know, I'm such a tourist, but besides that the breakfast choice was delicious.

Nice decent hotel, is a good location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel - spotlessly clean, and a decent breakfast spread. The room we had was a decent size, with plenty of storage and a large bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant, so cannot comment on that. AirCon as standard was appreciated in the 30C+ temperatures.
The hotel location is great - just away from the crowds of the main street, but everything in walkable distance.

Cons:

Nothing bad to report.
The traffic can be a bit noisy, but not an issue for us.

It was lovely.

Ubicación y disponibilidad

Cons:

El hotel es muy viejo, las zonas comunes muy deterioradas. Habitación grande pero la cama incómoda y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, las ambulancias (teniendo en cuenta que el hospital al lado). Desayuno buffet pero poca variedad. Sin duda no volvería a alojarme en este hotel ya que el precio es caro para lo que ofrece.

decent stay - great location and staff but simple rooms and services
Pros:

Great location near the center and very friendly staff! Daily cleaning and changing of the towels, which was appreciated. Breakfast was okay, even if the same every morning, it was enough. Pleasant view from the balcony. Got an airport transfer through the hotel and it was reliable, paid 130 eur each way.

Cons:

Well, for a 4-star hotel to find an empty mini-fridge, coffee cups and water heater but no sight of coffee or any tea or anything in the room, that is a bit disappointing. Coffee was decently priced in their bar, but still, having to go downstairs and buy water and get a coffee after a long trip is not the way you want to start the stay. The room had the bare minimum, maintenance wasn't great and the heating didn't work (it got cold during the night so we had to find and use the blankets). Maybe I expect too much?
