المكان جدا جميل ومريح لكن الخدمه نوعا ما متعجرفه عدا مايا الشقراء تلبس نظارات قمه باللطافه والادب

المكيف لايعمل بشكل جيد الفطور ممل ومقيد لايوجد خدمه غرف او يخدموك حسب مزاجهم الاكل لذيذ العاملين بعضهم لطيف والبعض الاخر جدا وقحين مره رجعنا ساعه 1 ليلا لايوجد احد بالفندق والباب مغلق اضطررنا للاستعانه بالجيران وانتضرنا ساعتين لا احد يرد وبعدين ردوا وقالو يفتح بالكارت وهم لم يبلغونا بذلك وكانو جدا وقحين حسسونا انو نحنا الغلطانين اول مره اقعد بفندق يسكر الباب ومافي لا بواب ولا حارس

Pros:

Everyone in the team is great !
The checkin , the support facilities staff , the team at the restaurant and bar are all super friendly and helpful.
Rooms are lovely retro chic. Bed super comfy.
Location is great!

More coffee capsules, we had only one capsule and one cup.
Stairs is exhausting.
No bags in trash bins.
Rain shower is leaking, need to be fixed.
Availability of Type-C chargers in the room would have been great.

The hotel is nice with minor issues but overall a warm recommendation.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Lost. The Hotel has a nice interior and nice staff. The rooms were well maintained and clean. WIFI worked, but it is notoriously slow (average download speed 1MBIT), which is common in Lebanon and not particularly the fault of the hotel. During my stay, it was relatively quiet. The shower provided warm water and there were some small amenity kits. The room service tidied the room every day. The breakfast was good - not the biggest portion but a good selection + taste and nice presentation. I was satisfied. I would travel again to Hotel Lost.

Cons:

Some minor inconveniences and room for improvement: I did not love the pillows, as they were too hard for my taste. However, this might be different for other travelers who might love it. The bed was a bit short for me, I am 186cm and I think I could barely fit in length. The bathroom: It is directly inside the room, so there is no privacy (even the toilet) and when I showered, I tried to close the door from inside and I almost locked myself into the bathroom, as there was no handle to open the door from inside. I think the prices could be slightly lower for the quality and level of the hotel.
