A helpful gesture with late-night food, but overall poor organization and cleanliness made the stay not worth the price.
Pros:

The only real positive was that the staff kindly arranged food for us after the restaurant had already closed. We sent the order via WhatsApp and they delivered it to the room, which we appreciated after a long journey.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Our booking was for one queen bed, but we were given two small separate beds and offered an impractical solution late at night. The room also wasn’t properly cleaned (stained towels and hair in the shower). In the morning, despite pre-ordering breakfast due to an early departure, nothing was ready on time, there was no one at reception, and the checkout process was slow and unorganized. The overall service felt uncoordinated, and communication was poor. Even small details like loud, unsuitable music in the morning added to the discomfort.
